The ground floor consists of a comfortable living and dining room area measuring 33 square meters, equipped with a TV and direct access to the swimming pool. Additionally, there are three bedrooms on this level: one with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and TV, another with a double bed (2 x 90 cm) and a hand basin with a shower, and a third with direct access to the swimming pool. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso Krups capsules for your convenience. The ground floor also features a bathroom with a WC and double hand basin, as well as a separate WC. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms: one with a dressing room and two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), and the other with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), both with access to a balcony. There is also a shower room and a separate WC on the upper level.
