Ideally located in the seaside resort of Lacanau Océan, in a quiet residence between pine forest, lake and ocean, our recently renovated villa welcomes you for your holidays with family or friends. You will appreciate the proximity of many activities and amenities: golf course 500 meters away, town center and all shops 1.5 km away, ocean beaches and lake accessible by the cycle path, ... Adjoining another house, not overlooked, the villa is located on an enclosed plot of 250 m² and benefits from a terrace with outdoor furniture and covered summer kitchen. The villa consists of a main room bathed in light with equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge, 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140x190 and two bunk beds 90x190), two bathrooms with shower and toilet, one of which is private to a bedroom. You will have a parking space in front of the villa (outside the enclosed grounds). Pets are welcome under certain conditions (additional deposit of €100). Possibility of renting sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of the stay (services in paid options). Wifi available. Rental only from Sunday to Sunday.
