Come and escape to this unique four-season getaway. This property features 6 acres of rolling green lawns accented with large trees, an orchard, and 300' of the beautiful Pinawa Channel shoreline. The 2700+ sq ft cabin has a large sunroom with scenic views of the grounds and channel, 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full laundry with no water restrictions and enough room for 18 to eat, sleep, play and relax.

We have added some awesome outdoor items this summer to enhance your experience.

1) GOLF CART!!!! 4-Seater club car electric golf cart!! What better way to run from the water to the cabin than in a golf cart. It's about 500' of beautiful lawn from the cabin to the shoreline. This will assist in getting you and all of your belongings from the cabin to the water with ease. Rental is included but refundable deposit and signed waiver is required prior to arrival for stay.

2) Huge new dock with ladder. 13' of water at the dock so plenty of room to swim and have fun or cast a line from the dock and catch a few fish while enjoying the view.

3) Large boulder fire pit area near shoreline. Those smores will taste better than ever while cooking them with a view of the water.

4) Updated Jacuzzi 6 - 7 person hot tub with waterfall and LED lighting

5) Paddle Boat! Our property is a great place to have fun on the water. Bring your fishing rods and fish off the paddle boat. Life jackets not included.

As you approach the property you start to understand how connected with nature it truly is. From the amazing waterline to the orchard around the original farmhouse, this is truly a nature lovers paradise. Upon entering the cabin, you are greeted by a massive mudroom. This is a great launch pad for all of those outdoor activities and adventures. After the mudroom you will find a large kitchen with beautiful, vaulted wood ceilings for that rustic, but not too rustic feeling. Off of the kitchen the main floor also boasts 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and laundry. The log walls / ceiling in the main rooms are accented by an amazing classic fireplace for a warm and cozy atmosphere. Once you exit the sitting room to the front veranda you really get to see this amazing property with great views of the grounds and waterfront. The basement is spacious with 3 bedrooms 2 of which have waterfront views, a rec room, full bathroom, and entry / exit to the patio / yard and channel.
