Welcome to Via Radiras—your family-friendly temporary home in the heart of Laax. A bright 3.5-room ground-floor apartment with mountain views and a five-minute walk to Lake Laax. Whether you’re hiking around Lake Cauma, skiing in the Weisse Arena, or enjoying a quiet day at the playground—guests of all ages can relax here. A crib, high chair, and everything you need for a hassle-free family stay are provided. Your dog is warmly welcome.

The Accommodation
Our ground-floor apartment accommodates up to 4 guests (plus 2 toddlers in travel cribs) and is designed with families in mind.
There are two bedrooms: one with a king-size double bed and the other with a bunk bed—ideal for children. There’s also a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. For the little ones, a crib and a high chair are provided.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, so you can cook your own meals anytime. The bathroom is for your private use. You’re welcome to use the in-house washer and dryer for a fee—convenient for longer stays or snowy days on the slopes. Bed linens and towels are, of course, included.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. From the living area and the garden, you can enjoy views of the mountains.
An underground parking space is available for your car, and you can store your skis and bikes safely in the building’s ski and bike room.

Guest Access
You’ll have the entire apartment to yourselves. Check-in is simple and contactless via a key box—so you’re not tied to specific arrival times and can arrive relaxed.
The only shared facilities are the communal ski and bike storage room in the building, where you can safely store your gear, as well as the washer and dryer.

Additional Important Information
Location & Surroundings: The apartment is located on the first floor in Laax. A nearby bus stop provides convenient access to the mountain railway and Lake Cauma. Lake Laax is about a five-minute walk away—perfect for a spontaneous dip in the water or an evening stroll. In winter, you can enjoy a free shuttle service to the valley station for your day of skiing.
For Families: The region around Laax, Flims, and Lake Cauma is a paradise for families—with hiking trails, swimming spots, playgrounds, and one of Switzerland’s most beautiful mountain lakes. A crib and high chair are available for the little ones.
Good to know: Check-in is available between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.; check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Pets are welcome.
