Small but cozy, LAAX CENTRAL combines contemporary Alpine style with everything you need for a comfortable and independent stay. Enjoy a private balcony with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen, covered garage parking and convenient access to the slopes, lake, restaurants and everyday essentials.

And from 20 December 2026, there is even more to come: the building's newly renovated indoor pool and sauna area is scheduled to reopen — perfect for slowing down after a day in the mountains.

Inside the Apartment:

Living room

The cozy living room is a welcoming place to unwind, with a couch and an armchair for comfortable seating.

A Smart TV with dozens of channels, YouTube and Netflix access takes care of relaxed evenings at home.

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is made for more than just a quick meal. You'll find a fondue & raclette oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, egg cooker, electric citrus juicer, kettle and more.

We also provide useful everyday basics including salt, pepper, sugar, oil, and vinegar, so you don't have to start your holiday shopping for every little kitchen essential.

Next to the kitchen, the comfortable dining area with a beautifully styled table setting makes an inviting place for breakfast, dinner or a traditional Swiss fondue or raclette evening at home.

Private balcony

Step outside onto your private balcony with beautiful mountain views — a lovely extension of the living space for morning coffee, an evening drink or simply a little fresh Alpine air.

Bedroom

The separate bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed (150 × 200 cm), dimmable lighting and a roomy wardrobe with plenty of storage.

Additional sleeping setup

In the living room, the pull-out sofa (140 × 200 cm) offers a comfortable additional sleeping option for a third guest — or for a couple happy to cozy up.

Fresh bed linen and towels for all guests are included with your stay.

Bathroom

The private bathroom features a bathtub — particularly welcome after a long day of skiing, hiking or exploring — as well as a hairdryer and bathroom essentials.

More Included With Your Stay

Your stay also includes free covered garage parking, convenient lift access within the building and your own ski-storage box, so you don't need to bring your equipment into the apartment.

A welcome package will be waiting for you on arrival, including your guest card, coffee capsules, tea bags and a practical kitchen starter set — a few thoughtful essentials to make settling in easy.

Pool & Sauna

The building features an indoor swimming pool and saunas. The sauna to be enjoyed individually by reserving your own time slot, offering a peaceful way to relax after an active day outdoors.

Important renovation notice: The pool and sauna area is currently undergoing a complete renovation and will be closed from 10 March to 18 December 2026.

The newly renovated wellness area is scheduled to reopen on 20 December 2026.

Shared Amenities

Guests also have access to communal facilities within the building, including a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

24/7 Self Check-In

Arrive when it suits your travel plans. The apartment keys are securely stored in a key box, allowing for convenient 24/7 self check-in without having to coordinate an in-person key handover.

One of the pleasures of staying at LAAX CENTRAL is having so much within easy reach.

Lac Grond, shuttle bus, public transport, Volg supermarket, bakeries and restaurants are all just a 2-minute walk away. The Laax base station can be reached in approximately 3 minutes by shuttle, making it easy to leave the car in the garage and head for the mountains.

Laax in Every Season

There is plenty to discover beyond the slopes.

In winter, enjoy skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating and the mini ski lift at Lac Grond.

In summer, Lac Grond becomes a wonderful place to slow down by the water, enjoy the BBQ areas or play beach volleyball in the sand. The surrounding region offers countless hiking trails, along with golf, mini golf and a rope park for days when you feel like doing something different.
