Beautiful and characteristic 1911 Millhouse. Completely renovated in 2020 with all modern amenities like new central air, new kitchen and bathroom. The house is centrally located in downtown Lagrange. Enjoy the beautiful Callaway park and memorial tower that surrounds the house on three sides. Two Breweries and multiple stores are within walking distance and the location is close to I85.
The space
The house is completely renovated and extended in 2020. It now consists of two parts.
The front part has two bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen and bath room. The entrance is at the front with it's own, southern style, porch. (This listing).
The livingroom has 2 comfy couches where you will feel right at home. It has a full kitchen and dinning area where you will find everything you need, even for longer stays.
Bedroom one has a queen-size bed and a large desk with office chair that makes it well equiped to work from the house.
Bedroom two has a full bed and a 66" fold-out couch. It overlooks the garden and has some stunning sun-rises!

The rear part has one combined bedroom and livingroom (Studio) with its own kitchen, bathroom and own entrance with access to the beautiful private yard (Not part of this listing, checkout here!)
It's also possible to rent both parts together as a 3 bed 2 bath house.
Although both parts are completely separate we do ask to be respectful of the other guests .with sounds.
Guest access
Acces to the house is on the front via the front porch. You can park your car in front of the house or next door at the park.
