"RemiEnzo" Gîte (House / Farmhouse) - Southern Vosges, sleeps 8

LOCATION:
- at the entrance of the village of Hautmougey (commune of La Vôge les Bains 88240) 30min / 30 km south-west of Epinal,
- 4 km from Bains les bains, spa resort with shops (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, H24 gas station and charging station for electric vehicles, cinema, tourist office, ATM, etc...),
- 2 km from Canal de l'Est and the Voie Bleue (Metz/Lyon cycle path),
- numerous hiking trails or mountain bike trails from the house.

ACCOMMODATION:
- atypical on 2 levels with:
- 1 reception room with a wood stove (free wood),
- 4 spacious bedrooms (with new bedding): 1 on the first floor and 3 upstairs,
- 1 large dining room (crockery available),
- 1 separate kitchen,
- 1 large relaxation room (upstairs) with two separate areas:
- an area with full HD TV, PS3 game console (PS3 games provided), DVDs, board games and toys for the little ones,
- a reading area with library lounge and stereo,
- 1 large bathroom with 2 sinks and 1 bathtub,
- 1 large private shower in the first floor bedroom,
- 2 separate toilets (septic tank).

EXTERIORS:
- large green area with trees (with a view of the village),
- terrace (approx 30 m2) adjoining the house with picnic table for 12 people,
- BBQ and gas plancha station available,
- campfire area with benches.

FACILITIES:
- kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, raclette machine, toaster, kettle, COOKEO and many kitchen utensils,
- washing machine and dryer,
- baby seat and cot with mattress,
- hair dryer, first aid kit,
- sun loungers and outdoor armchairs.
- Linen provided (sheets and towels)
- Lockable garage for bicycles, e-bikes.
- Possibility to park vehicles very easily on the site (4/5 cars).

MISCELLANEOUS:
- There is no wifi box in the house for our guests to take a digital break. However, the 4G/5G coverage is very good in the village.
- Electric vehicle charging is forbidden from the house (electric meter with live counting). Charging is possible from the electric charging station located at the Intermarché in Bain les Bains (4km)
