We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the coffee, the bed was very comfortable, and the pool was nice. The house was spacious and clean. Communication with the host was prompt and thorough, making everything smooth from start to finish.

The place was impeccably clean and spacious. The pool was refreshing and added a great touch to our stay. This was a magnificent place to rest, relax and unwind. Located in a very peaceful area. I will definitely be returning.

House was amazing location was great the only down fall was no outside seating to hangout at all and very small couch with no seating within the house other then that fabulous place

Came for a wedding and needed a place that could accommodate people coming and going over the weekend. Home was perfect for family get together and the kids loved the pool. Home was equipped with enough basic supplies that very little was needed other than food. They were also very responsive to any messages as well. Very much enjoyed the stay.

This was a beautiful house; however, there is very little furniture for family of six to hang out comfortably. There is only one couch in the living room and no end tables. The dining table seats four. The back deck would be perfect to watch the sunset and kids play at the pool, but there is no outdoor furniture to relax in or eat outside. There is fold up chairs in the garage, but no place to sit as a family. The kitchen appliances are good, but you will need to bring paper plates and plastic cups if you have more than six people or if a kid uses one plate earlier without washing it. I would also recommend a few more mixing/serving bowls.

Everything was amazing the house had everything we needed and more. Loved the garage/workout section, so did the kids. The pool was beautiful and so much fun. The house is just stunning and we even accidently left a pair of shoes the host had mailed back to us! 10/10 highly recommend

Freddie was very responsive to questions before and during our trip. The beds were very, very comfortable, and it was quiet at night...great sleep. Plenty of bath towels; however. as with every place we have ever stayed, there's never enough dish towels, so I always bring my own...could be we make a bigger mess cooking than most! We cooked every meal for 5 days and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking items. We did bring paper products so washing dishes was not an issue, but it might be if you eat more than one meal a day in and don't plan to hand wash plates and such after each meal. We brought several area rugs with us as our pets tend to slip and slide on tile, and as another reviewer stated, there isn't much seating in the main living area (accurately shown in photos). We had five adults. Only four could eat at the table and three sit on the couch together...if they like each other. Having been fore-warned, we brought several bag chairs and used our throw rugs under them so seating wasn't an issue for us. The pool was clean and the grill easy to use. We were able to park two cars in the garage. HEB and Walmart are about 20 minutes away as are some great antique/thrift shops to wonder through. Great trip...we would definitely stay here again.

Spring break

Our son, his family live nearby. Grandsons were on Spring Break. I also have a high school friend that lives in LaVernia. House was absolutely Amazing ! Yesenia and Freddie were on point with any concerns we may have had. House is in a Very nice neighborhood, extremely quiet and private. Way more room than we needed, we will be Back. Thank you for opening up your home for us to enjoy.

Great place with access to 3 Car Garage

Very quiet secluded neighborhood. AC is cold and 4 TVs. 2 Fridge/freezers for your convenience. Owners are willing to fix anything wrong as soon as possible. Access to most of San Antonio is 30-45 min, but there isn't much of anything close. Pop's just down the street has coffee, ice cream, and pastries that are very good.

Nice stay outside San Antonio

My family and I stayed here for Spring Break so my son could see the Alamo. We chose this home due to its proximity to San Antonio, but we wanted to be out of the city. The easy drive into San Antonio took about 40 minutes and was scenic. This home was very clean, smelled lovely, and met all of our needs. Our hosts were very responsive, and check-in was easy. We had three adults and two children under 10 in our group, and we were comfortable in the home. We mostly ate our meals out, so I cannot comment on the ease of preparing a meal during the stay, but the kitchen was spacious. The beds were comfortable, the shower and tub had good water pressure, and the host provided plenty of towels. We were also able to use the washer and dryer, Keurig coffee maker, and park our car in the garage (which was a perk in the hot midday). My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing in the driveway. We felt safe and were not bothered by outside noise/traffic while visiting. Overall, our family would stay here again if we were ever in the area.
