ZC3 Gateway to Zion With Two Masters

A two bedroom, two bath home with full kitchen makes this an ideal place to set up headquarters for your tour of the National Parks located here in Utah.

This modest 1,000 sq. ft. home has everything you need with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and space to sleep 6.

Each bedroom has a king bed as well as a single daybed and an on-suite bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes and a variety of small appliances. 

The unit is also equipped with a propane BBQ, washer and dryer, A/C and Heater, Wi-Fi and a Roku TV- so be sure to bring your logins with you!  We also have an antenna that gives you about 18 local channels.

Guests have access to the entire property, washer and dryer, barbecue, our cottonwood grove and other amenities found in the back portion of our project.

Your host is available by Airbnb chat, live chat text, phone and the caretaker is always close by.

La Verkin is a small town located about 20 minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. We have a grocery store, a couple of gas stations and an excellent coffee shop. We are located next to Hurricane, which has a Walmart, movie theater, restaurants and more. If you need more than that, St. George is about 25 minutes away.

You will need a car to get around. We have plenty of parking.

Check-in instructions are sent via email and text two weeks before arrival.

CHECK-OUT is BEFORE 11 a.m. Mountain Time
NO early check-in or late check-out.
ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING. SMOKING IS ALLOWED 25 FT FROM BUILDINGS. SMOKING IN THE UNIT WILL RESULT IN A $200 FINE.
PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN ANY UNIT UNDER ANY CONDITION. BRINGING A PET TO ANY UNIT WILL RESULT IN A $200 FINE.

Loved the space of this. It was clean and had its own driveway. Very pleasant and easy stay. The few comments I have are the front room twin bed was super squeaky and rickety. Just needs to be tightened up. Same with the coffee table (very wobbly like it would fall over any minute). And the doors were squeaky and need some WD-40. Super easy fixes! Hopefully management gets to it. I would stay again even still!

Perfect little house for our needs

We were driving from AZ to Park City, Utah, and needed a one night stay after we hit Zions National Park. This little place was perfect for myself, my daughter, son-in-law and their 21 month old (my granddaughter). It was clean, cozy and just a beautiful property in a nice little neighborhood and town with a lot of restaurants and shopping around. I highly recommend this little house for a short or long stay. We will likely be back as we always go to Park City for one week in the Summer for the past 30 years. We'd love to stay more than just one night next time.

Wasn't cleaned

We had been hiking at Zion and were anxious to check in and relax. Upon entering, it was obvious the first bed was messy. After further inspection, there was popcorn and hair in the bed. Towels were stacked up on the washer and no towels in the bathroom. I contacted Rich the host and sent him pictures. He replied quickly and sent someone to change all of the bedding and provide fresh towels. It was still a bit unsettling knowing the bathrooms weren't cleaned at all. We were only there one night so we made the best of it. Rich did refund me the cleaning fee and half of the base rent. The other rental properties didn't appear to be the best area.

Amazing rental!

This place was perfect for our family of 6. Two bedrooms with on suites, each sleeping 3 people. The kitchen was well stocked, even leaving pancake/waffle mix and syrup. The location was great for us and price was even better. The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming. Thanks for sharing your rental with us!

Nice place

Good location to Zion and the town has everything you need close by. Two nice size bedrooms each has its own bathroom. It takes about 30 min. to get to the park entrance. The drive easy and scenic. Was great to be come back to cottage after a busy day of hiking and prepare dinner right there. The washer and dryer were a plus. I would recommend the price was good and so nice to have more space than a hotel room.

It was a very good experience. It was easy to locate and I liked the quietness of the neighborhood. And the house was big and spacious for 6 adults. And really well kept and clean and close enough to go to the national parks.

This place is small but perfect for a weekend getaway. Had everything we need, the two suites were a nice feature, it was new and clean. Only complaint was a funny smell every time you walked in from being gone for a time.

Clean and tidy

We only had 1 afternoon and night to enjoy Zion as part of a road trip. Loved how easy it was to check into the cottage. It was clean, bright, warmed up quickly, and was perfect for our family of 4. We all slept well in the comfy beds, in a quiet neighborhood. Didn’t need to use it, but appreciated the laundry and kitchen.

A Great Choice

This property is very nice, clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. It is about 25 miles from Zion so you must plan for the travel time but it is away from the crowds of Zion. Very nice property!!!!

Perfect stay for visit to Zion NP

Very clean, well stocked, and nice lay out inside. Loved the 2 master suites with the king size beds. Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the pictures of Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks on the walls. If ever in area again will stay here!
