The house is beautiful. Very clean and stocked with anything you may need and more. Our host was friendly and very quick to respond. Hot tub was a bit confusing, instructions would help and the cover blocks the sun in the early evening. But it was very clean as was the back yard. I suggest you move the garbage cans where neighbors can’t access them because a lot of trash was put in the ones for the property that was not from us. Unfortunately they did not separate the recycling. Speaking of recycling, that area only allows certain types of bottles. Being from an area that takes all bottles we had no idea which type was which and the bottles are not labeled with their type. Even though most who are staying there are going to Zion (get there no later than 6:30am or there is no parking left in the lots) take the drive to Bryce Canyon, it’s amazing

Perfect location to various Natl Parks in the area. Home is very clean, very organized with numerous items to make a stay feel like it’s your own home. The beds are luxurious.Location and view of hillside a delight while relaxing in hot tub.

Great location to Zion

Super clean, & exceptionally well organized; everything was labeled. If you have a pup, stay here. We didn't, but there were treats & more for dogs. Kitchen & baths well stocked. Patio & yard was pretty. Wall art was fantastic. Loved it! Just loved it.

Such a fun place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! It had every amenity you can think of and lots of extras: hot tub, board, games, yard games, mesa view, hiking nearby as well as a half an hour to Zion. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds.

The perfect getaway retreat

This is one of, if not the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. It is absolutely perfect, super comfortable, clean, spacious but cozy, gorgeous art work, lots of special touches. We were 3 couples for a couple days visiting Zion and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. They neighborhood isn’t the best, but once you’re inside it’s a shangri La. Highly recommend! Thank you to the hosts who really thought of everything

Above and Beyond Expectations

What a wonderful host and property. Very family oriented and had all kinds of toys and games. This house had everything and more that we needed for our 9 day stay. Great place to stay to tour Zion. Will definitely come back.

Pure Perfection!

This house (and the host) was the absolute best. So many small touches that made this vacation a true home away from home for our family. Not only is the house a perfect location for so many majestic nature adventures, but also a great place to stay in and build lasting memories with your family and friends. Perfect!

This house has everything. We didn’t want for a thing during our stay. Everything was immaculate and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. State Park right out your back door and we loved the hot tub after a long day of hiking Zion.

The Ultimate Home Base Away From Home - Hot Tub - 23 min to Zion NP

This property was truly amazing and comfortable. It was wonderfully stocked for all of our needs and it was so organized. We enjoyed the hot tub after our days of hiking in Zion, brushed up on our blackjack skills at the dining room table, and relaxed with a good show in the living room. There were thoughtful touches for guests throughout the home. It was very comfortable and the artwork was truly amazing. Stores and restaurants were nearby. The host's online guide was extremely helpful. Our family made many forever memories, and we would definitely stay here again.

A true Home away from home

What an awesome experience staying at this perfect vacation rental. Our host, De Anna, was so gracious and thought of everything we could possibly ever need. We felt so taken care of. Every single inch of our rental was so well thought out and planned. De Anna literally thinks of everything! Wonderful art on the walls, spacious backyard and patio with lounge, and the most perfect well laid out kitchen that should have its own recognition. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

Angels Landing bucket list hike!!!

WE HAD A VERY COMFORTABLE FAMILY VACATION WITH A SHORT DISTANCE FROM HIKING AT ZION NATIONAL PARK AND A TWO HOUR DISTANCE FROM BRYCE CANYON. THIS HOME WAS A TRAVELERS DREAM AND INCLUDED EVERYTHING YOU COULD HELP YOU IN A NATIONAL PARK VACATION FROM A WALKING STICK TO A HOT TUB TO SOOTH THE LEG MUSCLES. THIS HOME INCLUDED A WELL STOCKED KITCHEN FOR FAMILY MEALS AND EVERYTHING YOU MAY HAVE FORGOTTON TO HELP YOU ENJOY THOSE FAMILY NIGHTS. GAMES, MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, AND OUTDOOR CORN HOLE WERE AMONGST THE MANY PUZZLES AND BOARD GAMES THAT WERE AVAILABLE. WE WOULD ENCOURAGE ANY GROUP LOOKING TO VACATION HERE.

Even Better Than the First Time!

After staying at this unforgettable house in December and absolutely loving the place, we were eager to return and did last week for 5 days! This time our family joined us and everyone was just as thrilled with the house as we were the first time. It is spacious, clean, cozy, modern, and in a great location. This time we hiked the Confluence Park Trail that you can access right from the backyard of the house. How awesome is that?! Our relatives hiked Bryce and Zion canyon and really appreciated the guidebooks provided by the host that they used to map out their hikes. We played the musical instruments at the house, cooked family meals in the large and easy to find everything kitchen, used BBQ and hung out on the peaceful patio. We also used the hot tub every night and gazed up at the stars. Again our dog loved the yard and the park across the street. The neighborhood is quiet and the town is central to some many destinations. The bed was super comfortable and the closets are big and there is literally everything you need. The garage is also so clean and big. Last but not least, the host De Anna gives A+ service. You just know how much she cares. We will be back again and again. This place made our trip AGAIN!

Perfect Zion getaway

The house was exactly what we were looking for. We've stayed at several VRBOs and this one tops the list. The house was stocked (and labeled) with everything we needed. The host was prompt getting back to us as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Luxury in LaVerkin

Zion Family Retreat is an outstanding property. The owner has left no stone unturned. The guidebook that comes with the listing is the most well thought out and comprehensive information that any guest would want. The home is welcoming and pristine - beautifully decorated throughout - so many extra touches. It is well suited for all age children and offers plenty of activities to enjoy. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the variety of musical instruments and we enjoyed game playing nightly. Everything is labeled and instructions for check in and out, etc. are explicitly laid out. The artwork throughout is beautiful and many creative quotes as well as plenty of reading material. It was an amazing week - we felt so much at home and will look forward to visiting again!

5 stars isn't enough for this gem!

This home is phenomenal and made our stay in Utah unforgettable. My husband and I came to Utah from Southern California to visit our daughter, son-in-law and 6 month old son. They live in Springdale, a short and easy 20 min drive from this house, which made it the perfect location for us. The house is incredibly cozy - you feel like you are in your own home. Every room/area of the home was clean and spotless (refrigerator, bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, and garage just to name a few). There is every amenity you need in this stylish home and they all work perfectly and are modern and clean (e.g., kitchen appliances from air fryer, toaster, blender, coffee makers, pressure cooker, etc., as well as sunken tub in the primary bathroom). The backyard was perfect, especially for our golden retriever. He was easily able to use the backyard to get some exercise and hang out. The backyard also has a spacious sitting area, firepit/firepit sitting area, an area to play corn hole and other games (which the host also supplies!), and a warm and inviting hot tub! Beautiful artwork is hung throughout the home that gives it a super warm vibe. We couldn't have asked for a better host - De Anna. She is so responsive, clear, helpful, pleasant, and professional. You can really feel the effort she has put into making the home so lovely for every guest. The neighborhood park across the street was also perfect. We will come back to this home over and over again. Wonderful experience!

Perfect get away property

We were very impressed with our stay. We wanted a house that was close to Zion and Bryce and this was a half hour from Zion and 2 hours from Bryce which was a nice middle point. We drove in from Vegas and it was a scenic 2 hour drive. The house was very clean and organized. Everthing was labeled as far as cabinets and drawers, and appliances had directions printed. My wife was impressed by the amount of supplies that were stocked, like sugar, coffee, laundry supplies, etc. Furniture was updated and clean. Our favorite part was the hot tub, which was essential after hiking most of the day. The back yard is quiet and well maintained and offered a mountain view from the hot tub. De Anna was a pleasure to work with from setting up door codes to checking on us mid stay to make sure everything was good. Check in/check out was made simple with her directions. We will definitely be returning to this property in the future, it was one of the best vacation rentals we have used.

Amazing House!!

The awesomeness of this house is incredible! Anything you could imagine is available inside this place. The layout is perfect! DeAnn was spot on with communication. I would stay here again...perfect location for Zion NP. Very clean and very roomy open concept. The information booklet was east to follow. I really liked how everything was labeled as well.
