Beautiful Home near Zions with PRIVATE POOL, GAZEBO and GARAGE

Great home located in the heart of Southern Utah! This house has everything you need for the perfect getaway for families, outdoor adventures and traveling sports teams!
-Private pool and hot tub in a fully fenced back yard for privacy!
-Gas BBQ grill located in back yard under pergola!
-2 Smart TV's - one in the main living area the other in master bedroom. Xbox One, and Blue Ray player with movies
-Fire Pit out back for roasting marshmallow's or to cook tin foil dinners!

More About the Backyard:
We have created an oasis in the fully fenced back yard where you can relax and rejuvenate after a day of fun out in the Southern Utah Sun. We have a gorgeous, large free form pool that offers a toddler shelf where the little ones can get wet, 4 stools where you can enjoy a drink and a hot tub! The hot tub is attached to the pool to allow adults a chance to relax while others swim. The hot tub is best experienced at night when you have a clear view of the stars in the southern sky! The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge. Please remember that children must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool area. Also, the pool and spa will automatically turn off at 10:30 PM for neighborhood quiet hours and will turn on at 8:00 AM the next day.

In the back yard, you will also enjoy a fire pit and a BBQ area! Fun, Fun, Fun! There is no other way to describe the experience you will have here!

Location:
We have created the perfect getaway for family vacations and outdoor adventurer's. The home in the heart of Southern Utah putting you right in the middle of Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. You will enjoy staying only 30 minutes from the South Entrance to Zion National Park where you can experience amazing hikes such as Angle's Landing, Weeping Rock, Emerald Pools, West Rim Trail, the Subway and the Narrows. Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, Grand Canyon North Rim, and Las Vegas are all within a 2 hour Drive!

Other Things to Note:
We do not allow pets in the home, even pets that are "just visiting." Please note that we charge a fee of $500 if this rule is broken.

The house was just as described, very close to the Zion National Park. Quiet neighborhood. We rented this house because it had a sleep number bed. Would certainly stay here again if we ever decide to return to the area.

Wonderful family vacation

Perfect stay

We absolutely fell in love with this property. Very clean, easy check in and out, and all the amenities plus some! I was nervous about cating for the pool but the hosts instructions made it very easy. The yard was beautiful and well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

This house was beautiful. What a backyard with personal pool and hot tub. We were in that hot tub and pool every night. What a great way to end the day. Huge back yard. House was very clean and had everything you needed for stay. Property was 30 min to Zion. Not much to do or eat in LeVerkin but grocery nearby. Great stay!!

Family Zion trip

We were very impressed with the home. Very clean. Location to Zion is great. The house has everything you could possible need. We don’t enjoy eating out so we were happy the kitchen was stocked with cooking supples. Was nice to have the pool and spa to use after a long day of hiking. We are a family of 5 and easily could have fit more people. Great family trip!

Perfect Stay

My group of 6 had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The views surrounding the house were absolutely stunning. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect long weekend

Small group of our family spent three days and nights in this beautiful and well appointed home. It was perfect. Spotless and had very nice appliances and all the little things available to make the space welcoming and inviting. We absolutely loved the pool and spa. There was plenty of seating for our group of four adults and two kids. Communication was great and we’d HIGHLY recommend this location and home.

Beautiful property, perfect location

The property was wonderful and exactly as described. We used the pool everyday and enjoyed the large backyard. The location was perfect for day hiking in Zion, only 20 minutes away. The host was responsive and the house was beautiful!
