This rental offers a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, induction hob, and washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed each, a bathroom (sink, bathtub), a bedroom with a 140 cm mezzanine bed and 2 90 cm beds, a shower room (sink, shower), and separate WC. You will also enjoy a bike garage, a terrace with garden furniture, a gas plancha, an enclosed garden, and private parking. The living room has air conditioning.



The accommodation is carefully prepared; please respect the property.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided as an option for an extra charge. Even if you choose the cleaning option, please follow a few rules: leave the house tidy, wash, dry and put away dishes (the dishwasher must be empty), clean the hob and plancha, and take out all rubbish and waste.



Parties are strictly forbidden.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the town's recycling containers.



Pets are not allowed.
