This welcoming property is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The walk from the station to the property is entirely uphill, a typical feature of the area, but the location offers a relaxing atmosphere away from traffic. The rooms are air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.



The accommodation consists of a living room with a single sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen.



The property is located about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Please note that the walk from the station is entirely uphill and may be challenging for those traveling with heavy luggage. Furthermore, being located in a residential area, parking availability in the immediate vicinity is very limited; therefore, arriving by car is not recommended.

To reach the apartment, simply arrive at the Vernazza train station; the property is just a two-minute walk away. Access is via a distinctive marble staircase, typical of Ligurian villages. Although equipped with a practical handrail, the stairs may prove challenging for guests with limited mobility or those traveling with particularly heavy luggage.
