This functional and comfortable apartment, perfect for 5 people, is located in a quiet area with good public transportation access, allowing you to quickly reach the city center—where the boats depart—as well as the sports arena, the stadium, and the track and field facilities, in addition to Lerici and Portovenere. La Spezia Migliarina train station is about a 1-kilometer walk away, with direct trains to the Cinque Terre, Sarzana, and Pisa.

The Space

The approximately 70-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (not suitable for people with disabilities) and is laid out as follows:



LIVING AREA featuring a relaxation corner and dining area;

OPEN KITCHEN with a stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, oven, griddle, moka pot, and various kitchen utensils;

BEDROOM I furnished with a double bed, a single bed, and a wardrobe;

BEDROOM II with a double bed, a closet, and a table with chairs;

BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, and toilet;

BALCONY



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: TV, Wi-Fi, independent heating, 2 fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C
