By law, before arrival it is mandatory to complete an online form for guest registration. The form takes about 10 minutes and must be filled out by all travelers.

For last-minute bookings: the form must be completed by 8:00 PM, as our support service is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

La Spezia falls within climate zone D. This means that, according to the

Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in

winter , so heating systems may be turned on for a

maximum of 12 hours per day, from November 1st until April 15th. During

this period, a fee of Euro10/day will be applied to

compensate for heating costs for reservations lasting more than 15 days.

Security deposit: A security deposit of Euro100.00 is required to book the property. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation and provided no damage or issues are found.
