  • ✨ The latest addition to the LouMiou... and already our favourite. We hope that Lou Miou Nistoun "My little treasure" in Provençal, will also be for you.

    Only 50 metres from the sea, this new cocoon has been designed in the same spirit as the first LouMiou: a warm, neat place designed so that everyone immediately feels on holiday.

    This detached lower house benefits from a private terrace fitted out as a real invitation to relax. Enjoy summer meals around the barbecue, take a break in the hanging chair or on the daybed, let yourself be seduced by the exotic atmosphere created by the many plants, or cool off after the beach with the outdoor shower.

    A bicycle is also at your disposal to explore the St. Elmo district and its surroundings.

    Everything is done on foot or by bike: the sea is 50 meters away, the beaches, water activities, the port of St. Elmo and the shops are just a few steps away. The kindergarten is 10 metres away.

    ☀️ An ideal address to slow down, enjoy the Mediterranean and enjoy a simple and authentic holiday.

    For reasons of comfort and safety, the maximum capacity of the accommodations are 4 people in total, including babies and children. We cannot accept additional guests, regardless of their age.

    In an air-conditioned interior, Lou Miou Nistoun consists of:
    * a bedroom fitted out in such a way that the bed (160x200cm) is visually isolated from the 2 bunk beds (90x190cm). So that everyone has their privacy.
    * a fitted kitchen area with sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, oven, induction hob, dining area on the counter as well as all the necessary crockery and kitchen equipment.
    * a lounge area with TV, board games...
    * a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and storage unit.
    * a toilet,
    * a laundry room with washing machine and cleaning equipment.

    Because you have the freedom to choose, we do not systematically include the costs below in the price of our vacation rental. Are therefore not included:
    - cleaning: flat rate of 40 € if you do not wish to return the accommodation in the initial state of cleanliness and do it on your departure,
    - sheets and towels/house: 10€ / person (For 2026 free sheets. If you want us to provide towels possible for 5€/person)
