##Space

Ideally located at the foot of the Corniche Merveilleuse, near the beach and the forest, this villa is perfect for a vacation with family or friends. With a floor area of 100 m², it is situated on a quiet private road and features 1,000 m² of outdoor space. It offers beautiful views of the sea and the forest and consists of:

- a welcoming living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- four bedrooms with 3 double beds (2 beds 160x200 and 1 bed 140x190) and 2 single beds (bunk beds)
- a well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- two bathrooms with shower + one outdoor shower,
- one toilet in a bathroom + one independent toilet,
- a large garden with barbecue and pétanque court,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing equipment, hair dryer,
- TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, mosquito nets, heaters,
- baby bed, games for all ages, books and children's books.

Please note the following additional fees:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

The Fabrégas district in La Seyne-sur-Mer is ideally located between sea and nature and allows you to enjoy a peaceful setting for your stay. You can easily access the beach as well as the surrounding forest trails.
This neighborhood is above all a place to relax where you can enjoy local restaurants, artists' workshops as well as the immediate proximity of the sea and the forest.
