Fantastic Stay
We had an amazing week at Élodie and Nicolas’s villa! They personally greeted us at check-in, showed us how everything worked, and surprised us with a fruit basket plus bottles of Coke, wine and spring water. They answered our questions about the house or the island via WhatsApp whenever we needed.The villa matched the photos—and the deck was even better. It features a covered dining area, L-shaped sofa, six lounge chairs, a love seat near the master bedroom, and a warm pool. From its elevated position you can see Grand Case and the hills hiding Happy Bay and Friar’s Bay. The breeze kept mosquitoes away, which was a bonus!Three bedrooms perfectly accommodated our family of four (including two teens). All beds were comfortable, and each room had its own A/C.The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, glasses, and basic spices. Tap water isn’t drinkable, but a water filter/cooler stands by the patio door.We loved finding four new portable beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella in the laundry room—so practical!Perched on a gentle hill within a gated community, it felt secure and is central to Marigot, Super-U, Grand Case, Friar’s Bay (all under 10 minutes), and Orient Bay (15 minutes). It’s ideal for exploring the French side, and the main road makes reaching the Dutch side manageable.I highly recommend this villa for families or small groups. We can’t wait to return—one week wasn’t enough to visit SXM!
