Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room with 3 beds, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (with bathtub). You'll enjoy a garden (specific to the residence) of approx. 1000 m².

The apartment is composed as follows
- A living room of 20 m²: an entrance with cupboard, a fully equipped kitchenette with a 5-seater dining area, a lounge area with two sofa beds for 1 person + a pull-out bed (total 3 beds), a TV, a large bay window opening onto the 8m² corner balcony.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette including microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, 4-burner hob, kettle, fridge, filter coffee maker and pod coffee maker.
- Bedroom with double bed and closet
- Bathroom with bathtub and electric towel dryer
- Separate WC

Outside :
- A south-west-facing balcony (approx. 8 m²) with mountain views and furniture for enjoying sunny days.

The l'Alpaga residence is located in the center of the resort of La Salle les Alpes. You can reach the slopes of Serre Chevalier Vallée by the Aravet, Fréjus and Pontillas gondolas located 300m from your rental.

- Ski area: 250 km of slopes, 80% of which are over 2000m in altitude and 410 hectares in size.
