This 3 bed / 2 bath home is nestled in La Quinta Cove, just blocks from the Bear Creek hiking and bike trails. Perfect for extended getaways from the big cities, snowbirds, or those looking for a relaxing place to work remotely or recharge. Within 5 min drive from of La Quinta resort and spa, world class golf and tennis, the pickleball courts at Fritz Burns Park, and the restaurants and shops of Old Town La Quinta. The Festival Grounds, Polo Fields and Indian Wells Tennis Garden are just minutes away.

Recently renovated and designed with a desert boho aesthetic and amenities. Inside you’ll find a bright, airy, and open-concept interior with high vaulted ceilings, sky lights, ceiling fans, and calm neutral colors.

Kitchen / dining / living space: Updated and fully equipped kitchen, includes new quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, Keurig combo coffee maker, and beautiful breakfast bar. Cabinets have been stocked with melamine and ceramic dining ware, a flatware set for 12, glasses of all types, small appliances, pots & pans plus much more. Grab a cocktail from the bar cart and enjoy the sunset over the Santa Rosa mountains. Kitchen and dining are open to the living room and flow out to the pool area, making it perfect for entertaining.

The living space is an open concept with vaulted ceiling and plenty of seating. A comfortable sofa, side chairs, gas fireplace, and large smart TV make the space a great spot for relaxing. A sliding door leads out to the side patio and pool area. Our home has books, board games, puzzles, and pool toys for you to enjoy.

Master Suite: Located at the end of the hall, with access to the backyard through the sliding door, the Master Suite is a sanctuary with king-size bed and vaulted ceilings. The suite includes a smart TV and desk/working/yoga area that lead to a small back patio. The ensuite master bath has double sinks, oversized shower/tub and large walk-in closet.

Second bedroom includes a queen bed with smart TV and reading chair. The third guest room has two twin beds to flexibly accommodate different groups.

Second bath has quartz countertops and tub/shower combo. Bed linens, bath, and pool towels provided. An indoor laundry with washer and dryer is also available for guest use.

Outdoors you’ll find a new private saltwater pool and spa with lounge chairs, umbrellas, fire column, gas grill and 4-person dining table. Sip your morning coffee to the sounds of birds and mourning doves or enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the sun set over the mountains. The home is completely enclosed with a gated driveway.

No smoking. All utilities, (water, trash, cable, internet, and electric service) are included with a $150 electrical cap/month. Please note the spa and pool are heated by electric pump and heating the entire pool will incur additional cost to renter (above the $150 cap). Ample parking in the 2-car garage and gated driveway. Pool is cleaned twice a week and gardener 2x per month. Housekeeping is available during your stay for an extra fee of $180 per cleaning. Rental rates vary by season. Security deposit: $2500

House rules: No events, parties or large gatherings. Per City regulations, no sound of any kind (i.e. speakers, radio, amplifiers, etc.) should be heard from the outside of any vacation rental at any time. This property features an exterior security camera, above the garage facing outward. It does not look into interior spaces.
