Additionally, the home is close to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, making it a great place to stay if you attend the world-famous Tennis Tournament in March each year.

3 Week Escape from Canadian Winter

Great location close to hiking trails and Old Town La Quinta. A bit dated decor, but generally well equipped, clean property. Excellent outdoor space for adults and kids. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

Loving Life in La Quinta Cove

My family and I have come to La Quinta Cove for a spring vacation for many years. After a brief hiatus, we finally made it back. We are so thankful to have found this location! It is perfect for our needs. It has 2 BRs in the main house plus an additional BR in the attached casita. We like to cook most of our meals and the kitchen more than met our needs. And restaurants and groceries are only 7-10 minutes away. The pool area is fantastic. The only addition we would possibly recommend would be a retractable awning for the afternoon sun. We loved being so close to the walking/running/biking trail. We loved the security of the gated "compound." The management team/owners were attentive and thorough. This was a wonderful time and we certainly hope to be back! 100% recommend!

The home was gorgeous and very comfortable. I received weekly emails from the property management company which wasn’t ideal but oh well! 10am checkout is also very early but overall our stay was lovely

Great stay during Coachella

Stayed here with a group of family and friends during Coachella and it was perfect. All rules listed out and easy to follow. One thing we didn’t know was that the casita is not connected to the house, it’s attached but you have to go outside to come into the main house. The property manager sent thorough emails and was easy to get in touch with. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful and comfortable stay for entire group of family and friends

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful home in La Quinta. It was the perfect home base for our group of family and friends staying in the desert to attend Coachella. The house was as advertised, and the host was communicative throughout the entire process, from booking to our eventual stay. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future.

Issues

The biggest problem was the outside space. The property faces west as a result the afternoon sun is intense and the property has one umbrella and just 3 lawn chairs. The casita did not have an adequate HVAC unit. It took as long as 5 minutes to get hot water The property is lovely however because of those issues I would not rent again

Beautiful home in LaQuinta

The home was well stocked with everything needed for a two week stay. Perfect for our family of two 50 somethings and six 80 somethings. Near the hiking and mountains and minutes from OldTown in LaQuinta. We will be back!

Great location in La Quinta Cove. Right next to trails. Quiet and private. Our favorite feature was the large dining/living area. Very comfortable for us to hang out together. Nice pool area too. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location next to hiking/biking trails

House was perfect for 3 couples with plenty of room for all and great pool/hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with all items needed for a longer stay and cooking. A couple of small issues with the casita but those were addressed immediately by property manager. Master had a roll away bed that we put to use for our 7th person. Trail is literally just across the street and great views both during the day and at night. Location and house in La Quinta cove are a great alternative to the PGA West golf course properties. 3 minute drive to downtown LQ with great restaurants. Highly recommend this property for a great desert vacation.

Average Experience

House is pretty, well decorated. The cleaning service needs to be addressed, there was dirty underwear, shoes and blood in the pillow cases left behind. Tons of stains on all the carpets, can’t tell if they have actually been cleaned or vacuumed. Ice machine in the freezer needs to be fixed. There is a Mr coffee machine in the kitchen, there no Keurig. There are swarms of bees at dawn and dusk making the backyard pool area uninhabitable during those hours which is a shame because those are the most beautiful hours of the day. The instructions on the air conditioning tell you not to turn the inside temperature down below 75 which is not great when it’s 116 outside in the desert. Overall, average experience.

Loved the mountain accessibility and views!

We came to the area so our son could play in the Sandstorm lacrosse tournament. We picked this house because we wanted a pool, hot tub, and mountain views. We were willing to take a little older house in order to have the views, proximity to walking/hiking trails and those things did not disappoint. It's a great location for that. The mountains are literally right out your back door and hiking trails are about 2 blocks away. Overall really happy with our stay. The only downside was even though we paid to have the pool and hot tub heated, the hot tub never really got hot. We let the property manager know and they said they could only credit us one day of heating which was $65.

Property was great. Quiet location looking at the mountains. Close to the golf we chose. But if you're particular about sleeping conditions we felt the beds were soft and linens need upgrading from synthetic to cotton.
