    If you like majestic sunrises, tranquility in the natural splendor and beauty of the Coachella Valley and spectacular sunsets over the Santa Rosa mountains this sensational home on the 7th Hole of the world-famous Jack Nicklaus Stadium Course is perfect for you. The entire house has been professionally decorated with all new designer-class furniture in an attempt to create Shangri-La Quinta for our guest during their stay.

    First, the location is perfect for golfers and sun worshipers alike. Located in one of the finest areas of PGA West, the pool and jacuzzi nestle against the fairway of one of the ultimate destination golf courses on the planet. In one extraordinary golf club, there are six world class golf courses including the Greg Norman Resort Course, Nicklaus Stadium course and the TPC Stadium course. Additionally, regardless of whether or not you golf, you will love the views and ambiance of the various clubhouse restaurants and grills within PGA West. Moreover, you will be centrally located to all of the amazing shopping, dining and attractions of Palm Dessert.

    Form the moment you walk through the gates; this home is designed to take you to a place of ultimate relaxation, comfort and enjoyment. An open courtyard leads you to a vast entryway which previews the fresh and open layout of the home. In addition to the billiards room there is a large and open living room with leather couches and chairs, a fire place and huge brand-new television. The kitchen layout is superb and includes a large island and plenty of counter space and is perfect for cooking and entertaining. The entire layout of the home is designed for entertain and is tailored to feature the open windows showcasing the back yard including a dining area.

    Each of the four bedrooms has a personality of its own while sharing the common theme of being designed for comfort. The master suite includes a fire place, sitting room with couch that folds out into a bead and walk in tub. Each room has ceiling fan and/or fireplace and is outfitted with fine linens and supplies. The home has four bathroom each exquisitely acquainted.

    If this isn’t enough, located in the front of the home just off the courtyard is a Casita with full privacy. The Casita offers a queen size bed with fine linen, a fire place and brand-new television. A perfect room for guests.

Favorite Desert Get Away

We love staying at this property so much we have made it an annual occurrence. The home is perfect for us with open floor plan and a beautiful pool. Literally perfect for our two families to get together. The property is really well laid out, spacious yet cozy. The host is incredibly communicative and kind. Can’t wait for next year!

I will say that it was a MARVELOUS experience.!!!!! The house so easily accommodated my 4 girlfriends and I. Beautiful home that I would buy in a minute !! We met the sweet couple to the North that live there full time, and had some really nice visits with the husband. He said that he would love to have us come back ANYTIME !! :) Beautiful property and view of the golf course. Would go back in a heartbeat and do it all over again !!

Great property and location

The property was very nice and the location was great. The house was clean and in good condition for the most part. The water dispenser on the fridge was leaking when it was used. Also, there is some paint peeling on the ceiling of the master bedroom. Otherwise, the place is in good condition. We'd stay here again.

Palm Desert Dream

We were very hesitant because of the strict rules regarding noise ordinances. It states no music and no loud talking outside, and we thought we would literally have to whisper. But that was not the case. I think they are just trying to deter renters that are not considerate of their neighbors. So if you respectful of other people, then this is a property for you. The home met all of our expectations. The rooms were spacious and private with comfortable beds and bathrooms for all. The AC in the Casita is a little noisy if you or a light sleeper. We enjoyed golfing at the PGA West courses, coming back and cooling off in the pool, barbecuing up some dinner and playing pool in the evenings. We will definitely return. One of my favorite PGA West Properties.

Excellent VRBO home for golfers!

Our overall experience was superb. House was spacious and clean in a perfect location. It felt secure and safe. Just a couple relatively small fix-its —1- better instructions for the tvs. We weren’t able to use them because the remote wasn’t Intuitive. 2- window covering in the bedrooms are see-through at night when lights are on. 3- nice to have a coffee maker but could there have been a supply of coffee? These items are minor and can be easily remedied. I would book this home again in a heartbeat!

The ice maker was frozen and would not give ice, nor could we chip any away. The water dispenser leaked. There were no tissues in any bathroom. There was only one key for 8 people There were only 6 chairs for the dining room table.

No Music House

The house met all of our physical needs and we enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi. The neighborhood is quite and safe. However, there is a unique "noise ordnance" for this home. You cannot play soft music inside our outside the property and there is literally a "noice meter" in the house to measure the decibels! The issue is with an unhappy neighbor. Read the fine print of your contract. We are not loud party people, but did want to enjoy some music. In general, La Quinta has numerous rules (e.g. no cars on the street), so this property may or may not fit your needs. On a positive note, the host was super helpful and the house was clean and well-stocked.

Do you recall having to sign all the documents for a rental agreement but when we got there there wa

Very very upset about the way the house was taken care of. We expecting minor problems, but there’s some major problems that should’ve been handled prior to us getting there and us not babysitting people coming in and out trying to fix the issues I stayed in one room and the average temperature was over 87 is very uncomfortable. This is for my nieces wedding and just trying to get ready and sleep what is impossible They should’ve handled this thing a little bit more professional for the price will not recommend this place just due to the property management company. Don’t want no refunds, but I would like to get some type of maybe compensation firm the next time I might choose to stay with you guys Verbo thank you

We had a wonderful time!

Our large family group of adults and little ones had a great time! The house is large, clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy. Jenny was available by phone and responded very quickly to our questions. We loved having the pool table and played several family tournaments. The kitchen is large and convenient to prepare meals. The pool was the absolute favorite. The wading shelf is covered by a large umbrella and was perfect for the little ones to splash around in. The pool is also well shaded in the morning and afternoon, which was a huge plus. I would say the only negative is that the pool is not lighted. We have always enjoyed playing in the pool at night when the sun has set (no sunburns!) but we were unable to do so because the pool and backyard do not have lights. Also, the "no one outside after 10pm" curfew was frustrating, as we love the desert at night and would have loved to sit near the pool after the kids were in bed but we couldn't even sit outside, or risk a fine. However I believe that is a PGA West rule, not imposed by this house. I would definitely recommend this house and we will likely book it again next year.
