State of the art construction and amenities, channeling the original aura of this mystical locale. The one and two-story Spanish Hacienda-style villas, with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls are luxuriously furnished in early California decor, and boast 10ft. wood-beamed ceilings and 1700 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Wall-mounted flat screen T.V., Kohler fixtures, maple wood cabinetry, dream-sleep mattresses, designer sheets and towels, granite counters and stone tile floors all add to the opulent spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private electric grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors.

The living room as well as both master bedrooms all open through charming french doors onto tranquil balconies, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing palm trees complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. The dual master suites each contain en suite bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and stall showers with floor to ceiling tile.
Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, HULU, and Smart TVs, ceiling fans, built-in washer/dryer, and three fireplaces. With all this comfort, you'll never want to leave your villa.

Guest Access
For those able to pry themselves from the villa, the swimming options abound with 12 private salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including dedicated lap pool, tranquil adult pool, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, plus splash fountains and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, game room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.

For a host of additional options, guests can meander next door to the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort and Club, featuring shopping, outdoor music, six fabulous restaurants, a world class spa, and two Pete Dye championship golf courses.

Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group, must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.

House Rules
No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

Guests have complete access to our home. Our full time manager is available to help resolve any issues or greet the guests upon arrival, if requested.

We had another wonderful stay in LaQuinta Legacy Villas. Wonderful view of the mountains from the patio. Very clean and spacious. The grounds are such a treat to see in February.

This was great vacation which went reasonably well, but did not get the villa we thought we would.

This is the third year in a row we've come to Leisure Village for a February weekend with our daughter, grandsons, and dog. It's a great location for a family vacation, with many other kids and swimming pools. The grandkids never want to leave. The prior two years, we've stayed in villas owned by different property owners. Nice places, but spartan furniture. That's not the case with this property. We were very comfortable and had a lovely terrace adjacent to the living room where we shared meals. That being said, we had two minor complaints and one big one. Our daughter noted that there were too few hooks to hang clothing, and they were almost too high for her to reach. When I went to toast a bagel, I discovered there was no toaster! Our big concern, however, involved conflicting information. We are a couple in our mid seventies. The original property we booked, for Lincoln's birthday weekend, was on the ground floor. Afterward, our daughter requested that we push back the date to President's Day weekend,, which we did. Initially I was promised a "one story villa next to the clubhouse," which I happily accepted. When we got there, we discovered that we had to walk up a long flight of stairs. When I contacted Dan Fried, the property owner, I was told that there were no other alternatives. Had it have been two weeks before, we would have been forced to turn around and go home. However, in the interval, we had both seen an orthopedist, and we were good to go with moderate difficulty. When I checked, I realized that I had been sent one email confirming the one story villa, and another confirming the second floor one! Dan Fried said that, in the future, he will make sure to communicate directly with me. He applied a $100 credit to my credit card "to treat you to lunch or dinner on us." In the future, I would gladly stay at a ground floor villa owned by Dan and Luxury Villas.

Pristine and wonderful location

We stayed at this beautiful property for three nights in May 2018. The unit itself is unbelievably large three bedroom with two full bathrooms and a third bathroom/powder room. It is located right across from the main clubhouse which makes it very convenient. The place itself was absolutely spotless in terms of cleanliness. We were very impressed with how clean and orderly it all was. The kitchen is stocked extremely wellWith utensils and cookware. The fridge is large and has an icemaker. There’s a parking spot right outside the door. There is a barbeque as well. Owners and rental agency were seamless. We also rented a crib and highchair from a third party company and that went seamlessly as well. Highly recommend this property and this unit in particular.

Wonderful stay at the La Quinta Legacy Resort

Our Condo was clean, fully furnished, spacious with comfy beds. It was pretty close to the pool. Great for a couple families to share! The owner was great to work with and very responsive to questions. We look forward to staying here again!
