  • Get ready to enjoy a luxury vacation home with jaw dropping mountain views overlooking the 16th green of the Nicklaus Private Course in PGA West. This home has been completely renovated from top to bottom including the addition of a brand new private pool and spa.
    Upon entering the home you are greeted with dramatic high ceilings, a nice open floorplan, and a glimpse of the incredible view that awaits you through the large sliding glass doors that command the entire backside of the home. The expansive kitchen is perfect for the inspired home chef featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, and a huge center island with seating for two. When it's time to retire, the master suite offers utmost relaxation with a king size bed, large flat screen television, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with an enormous soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and a double vanity. The two guest bedrooms both feature king size beds, flat screen televisions, and ensuite bathrooms. There is a beautifully decorated detached casita for any extra guests that shares a private seating area in the front courtyard with another of the guest bedrooms. As spectacular as the interior of this home is, the outside living is where it really shines. Whether you're unwinding in front of the firepit, taking a dip in the pool, or cooking out on the built-in BBQ, you can't escape the sensational rolling hills of the golf course and a gorgeous backdrop of mountains.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been doing long term rentals in PGA West for over 10 years. This location is the first time we were impressed with the maintenance and cleanliness of the home. All bedding is dry-cleaned between renters. Towels are plentiful and circulated between guests. Kitchen is well stocked. Each bedroom has stylish and comfortable bedding. We were very happy with our accommodations and would definately recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

This home is situated on private Jack Nicklaus golf course. From the backyard one gets a stunning view of the mountains, particularly in the morning when the sun reflects a beautiful orange glow on the mountains. The sunset is equally exquisite. The home, particularly the kitchen is very well equipped. The property owners have done a “first-class” job in furnishing the home. It is tastefully decorated. It is “classy” without being ostentatious.simple but effective. The attention to details is noteworthy.The arrival information manual is very comprehensive as it includes all the necessary information relating to the home and activities in the surrounding areas. We were particularly impressed by the service and attention we received from the staff at Royale Vacation Rentals. Whenever there was an issue, they were at the other end of the telephone to resolve the issue promptly. We have previously rented homes through them - they are the “best-in-class”.
