Lots of living space, master bedroom was enormous! Other rooms were a little small for adults but otherwise comfortable. Great kitchen and pool. Golf course view was great! Getting in and out of the neighborhood was a breeze.

Relaxing golf getaway!

This home is beautiful and perfectly located on the golf course in a gated community! It is spacious and provided the perfect accommodations for our golf getaway weekend. We would definitely look to stay at this location again!

This is a great property for a larger group. It is spacious, but a bit dated. The furniture is sufficient and in good shape. It was super nice to have two refrigerators in the kitchen, especially if you have a large group. The beds were comfortable, and there was a good assortment of pillows. The outdoor area is fantastic and during the time we were here, it was very quiet.

Old college buddies getting together for a long weekend….all from different parts of the US. The house presents well, but is in need of some maintenance. Main fridge doesn’t work well, so they have an extra fridge to use that works well. Some of the fans make an irritating noise. We used the BBQ and although we had it off for a couple hours, the smoke alarm went off…..repeatedly. Still a mystery to our group.We still had a great time. Location is great. Very private. Clean property.

Great Property & Great Location

This home was a stunner! We've stayed in this same floor plan a few times but this home was much cleaner and upgraded. It fit our group perfectly and was a great house to entertain inside and out! I highly recommend this property!

Great place.

Everything was great. Only complaint is there was no pool cues that were useable, the fooseball table is bad, and golf course was under construction and there was loud noise periodically throughout the stay.

Fantastic House!!

Overall this property is great! Location is very quiet, pool size was excellent and the kids loved the Baja area. House has everything you would need on a daily basis. Only thing i would comment on is the misters outside don’t work and they haven’t for quite sometime so I would suggest removing that from your listed as an option because in 115 degree weather, i was excited for the misters, hahaha. Everything was great and i would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Annual Family Trip

Our family gets together every year for quality time and this house was extremely special and perfect for us. The layout is fantastic plenty of towels and chairs. The pool table and pool made this perfect for day and night activities. If I had to make a suggestion for improvement the only thing would be to add a high chair. We bring our own but the are not table height. Would definitely recommend this place for families. Property manager is super friendly and helpful.

Super rental home in la Quinta

Nice nice nice. Needs new front porch light bulbs. Cabinet in laundry needs a hinge. One towel hook in master bath is broken. Wonderful accommodation. Great neighborhood.

Seniors grump golf outing

We had a wonderful stay with the property and community. However we had some problems with the oven, very dirty. The food garbage disposal was broken, the barbecue hood need to be secure, the beds were comfortable but their were to many temporary type beds in some of the rooms.. that it… I’m a senior so the furniture was very low and difficult to get in and out of… suggest replacing the furniture, it smells old and well used. Cheers
