The home is perfectly laid out, all you have to do is relax on the couch and admire the view! The formal dining room has seating for 8, a wine room and french doors out to the front courtyard. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, granite countertops and high end appliances. Seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The media room has comfortable seating, a huge TV and views out to the pool.

The luxurious Primary retreat has a King bed, flatscreen TV, fireplace, sitting area, vaulted ceilings and french doors out to the pool. The huge walk-in closet connects to the en-suite bathroom with double vanities, TV, soaking tub and separate shower with 4 shower heads.

Suite 2 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with shower. Suite 3 also has a King bed, flatscreen TV, french doors to the courtyard and en suite bath with shower.
