Beautiful, private home, located in Santa Rosa Cove and nestled in the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains. Santa Rosa Cove is a gated community adjacent to the world famous La Quinta Spa and Resort. Santa Rosa Cove is prime location, a haven for peace, tranquility and spectacular scenery yet within reach of lively entertainment a stone's throw away. Once inside the guard gated community you never need to leave. Shopping and dining are just a short stroll through the aromatic citrus gardens of the La Quinta Resort.

Casa de Harris is the perfect getaway location for family and friends. Our condo has been newly updated and designer decorated. Making it the perfect spot for relaxation or entertaining.

Our private courtyard is a comfortable retreat with seasonal landscaping. There is seating so you may enjoy those great desert nights and star gazing.

The living room boasts high ceilings, a cozy fire place with a 55" flat screen Smart TV with Sonos Soundbar hung above it making it a perfect spot to get cozy and enjoy a movie night.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, luxury bedding, 40" flat screen Smart TV, DVD player, soaking tub, walk in shower, walk in closet and a private patio with mountain views.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, 40" flat screen Smart TV, DVD payer, large closet, en-suite full bath and a lovely view of the courtyard.

The very private third bedroom is the detached casita. It has a king-size bed, 40" flat screen Smart TV, DVD player, large closet and an en-suite full bath. The french doors open to the private courtyard.

The kitchen is fully equipped, has a 32” flat screen Smart TV and a table that sits four to enjoy your mornings with a view that overlooks the courtyard with it's landscaping of seasonal flowers.

The formal dinning room allows for eight to be seated near the fireplace and off the kitchen for those larger dinners and entertaining.

Off the living and dining room is a private patio with table, chairs, and a gas barbecue grill where you can take in the exquisite views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and lush landscaping.

Outside our back patios you'll find one of the 12 pools and spas located on the property, along with an extended green space. Just across the street you will find one of the three newly resurfaced tennis courts in Santa Rosa Cove.

Our home offers upgraded WI-FI and full climate control throughout the home. You will also find a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

Please note: The pools, fitness center and tennis courts at the La Quinta Resort & Spa are for hotel guests only.

Girls trip for friends of 40 years! Lots of space to relax and sleep comfortable. One of the best appointed short term rentals I’ve ever stayed in the proximity to the resort was fantastic, just a short walk through the neighborhood and onto the resort property kept us safe and well fed.

Great time in La Quinta

This is our third stay at Casa Harris and each stay has been better than the last one. Everything is perfect as far as we are concerned. Spacious accommodations, comfortable and great location. We hope to be back.

The perfect place in La Quinta Resort area

We had an incredible stay and had a wonderful time. Everything from the house's layout, furnishings, and cleanliness to the fantastic location and walkability within the La Quinta resort area made for a vacation we will remember forever. We have been staying in La Quinta for many years, and this is our favorite place. It has a fireplace and is close to the pool and golf course. Also, a short walk over to Adobe for margaritas! There are nice touches throughout. The bedding was very soft, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower in the master is remodeled, which makes a big difference. The owners are very friendly and communicate immediately. We can't wait to stay here again next year!

Great Property and location

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Very close to La Quinta resort which was walking distance. Check-in procedure was easy and the Casita made it easy to have family in the adjoining space. Excellent overall property.

Great property for a family

We were out in La Quinta for a wedding at the La Quinta Resort. This property is a very close walk which was great for the festivities. Additionally the casita is wonderful for the in-laws who were in charge of watching the little ones. The second bedroom with the twin beds were great for the kiddos. Property was very clean and well taken care of. Absolutely plan on staying here again soon!

The month of March in Paradise

The vacation home was everything we hoped for. A short walk to the LaQuinta Resort. An even shorter walk to the pool. Great neighbors. And in the area that we enjoy for the restaurants and the shopping.

Winter in La Quinta

This was our second stay and we will go back. The Casa is spacious, comfortable and in an excellent location. Old Town La Quinta, the Resort, hiking trails, restaurants are all within walking distance. We enjoyed the living spaces in the front courtyard and back patio in addition to the home.The pool and hot tub are very close.The owner is very easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. We loved our stay and hope to be back.

Lovely condo, great location, responsive owners

We loved our stay at this lovely and convenient condo on the grounds of the La Quinta resort. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. The location is terrific- very close (3-minute walk) to the La Quinta Resort lobby and restaurant and the pool and hot tub is right behind the condo. The condo is well equipped with things needed for our stay. We hope to stay here in the future.
