Located in the renowned La Quinta Resort, Avocado Toast has an amazing location that makes it easy to enjoy all of La Quinta. In a beautiful desert valley surrounded by rugged mountains and lush landscaping, palm trees, aloe plants, and cacti, La Quinta is sunny and warm year-round with no humidity.
Avocado Toast is the closest tennis villa to the pool – just 20 feet away. If you’d rather simply relax, the pool and hot tub are just steps away. There are also wonderful restaurants and additional tennis courts within walking distance. You can rent a pickleball or tennis court at La Quinta for an additional fee. Strolling around the neighborhood is also a great activity. The flat streets are lovely for walking (or biking or rollerblading) and enjoying the mountain views.
Outside of the community, there are tons of outdoor activities to discover. Hiking and biking are extremely popular, as is golf. La Quinta is a golfer’s paradise, with multiple courses within minutes. The world-famous Mountains and Dunes golf courses are both within a 3-minute drive.

Avocado Toast villa is located in a secure gated community. We will give your names to the security guard 24 hours before your arrival and they will issue you an entry pass during check-in. Guests will receive a keyless entry code for easy self check-in.

Professionally designed and decorated in calm soothing colors inspired by its desert surroundings (and our love of avocado toast, of course!), its prime location and spacious layout make it the perfect home base for families, couples, and groups of friends.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Inspired by the desert sky, sunrise, and sunset, each bedroom is tastefully decorated, super spacious, and incredibly comfortable. They all have King beds with soft sheets and a dedicated bathroom for ultimate privacy. Downstairs, the accessible bedroom has a private patio. Upstairs, one bedroom hosts a perfectly set up workspace and the other boasts a private balcony overlooking the pool. All Rooms have room darkening shades.

Our townhome is the closest Tennis Villa to the shared pool, just 20 feet away. Sink into a cushioned chair with your favorite drink and enjoy a relaxing pool view right from your patio. When you’re ready for a refreshing dip, poolside lounging, or relaxing in the hot tub, just grab our pool towels, toys, and cooler and stroll on over. After soaking in the sun, retreat to the shade and fire up the gas grill, then dine al fresco at the table for four.

Guests can use a taxi, rideshare, or car for their stay. You’ll need to drive from the airport to the home, as there is no direct public transportation. The closest airport is Palm Springs International Airport (PSP ~19 miles). We’re also 2 hours from Los Angeles and 2.5 hours from San Diego.

Avocado Toast is in a gated community with 24-hour security. You’ll give the gate guard your name to enter.
Our property is a ground-level condo with two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. It is wheelchair accessible.
Avocado Toast is a private residence. You’ll have access to a shared pool and hot tub just steps from the townhome, but please note that you will not have access to the La Quinta resort pools and fitness center. You can play tennis and pickleball at the resort for an additional fee.
