The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc and the valley faces north. The ski locker is in the residence.

The residence:
The Sextant residence is located 100 meters from the ski slopes. The resort center is about 300 meters away and can be accessed through a pedestrian path. Public parking areas are close to the residence, and ski lockers are in the entrance.

The area :
The quietest area in Les Coches, all the residences are situated 100 meters from the slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatoire area provides a very nice view on the valley and Mont Blanc. The access to resort center is possible through a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
