The Space: This 3-bedroom, two-story townhome features 168 sqm|1,808 sq ft. of space and is within walking distance to most everything in the downtown La Paz area. You’ll get a fantastic local experience near restaurants, markets, shopping, golf, and more. It’ll be the perfect place to stay and to make fun new memories in La Paz!
The main spaces of the townhouse: - A nice, luminous open living space with a comfy sectional sofa and a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing moments at home between sightseeing. - There’s a brand new and fully-equipped kitchen adjacent to the living area that features all quality stainless steel appliances to prepare meals at home, including stove, a microwave, and important extras like a coffee maker for your morning coffee kickstart and a blender for afternoon margaritas! - There is a splendid dining area that features a nice table to comfortably seat 6 for a relaxing sit-down meal at home. - The townhome features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a half bath to accommodate 6 guests: BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed, Second floor BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen bed, Second floor BEDROOM 3: 1 Queen bed, Second floor - The best part is the spectacular private rooftop terrace with an outdoor dining table, a bar area, sink and wet bar. It’s a fantastic place to breathe in the fresh air with your morning coffee, grab some afternoon sun, or to wind down at sunset! - A washer in the home (up on the roof terrace) for added convenience. - 2 free parking spaces at the home.
Guest Access: This is a self-check-in property. Just enter the code into the door keypad. The door code will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival.

Getting Around: The townhouse is about 7.4 mi | 11.9 km or a 20-min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and it’s a 2.5-hour drive or 120 miles | 193 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
Other Things to Note: IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).
Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

Water is a valuable resource in the Baja California Sur area. We encourage all our guests to help us care for this precious asset and: - close the faucet while you wash your dishes. - turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands. - take shorter baths/showers & turn the faucet off when lathering. - if you use the washing machine, wash only when you have a full load. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and for helping us save water.
Per the HOA bylaws noise of any kind is forbidden after 9 pm and no pets are allowed on the property.
Wi-Fi, SmartTV, bed linens, bath towels, and some basic essentials are provided complimentary during your stay.
The TV is equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.
We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in in cash.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed. - Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay. - Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.
As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.
Interaction with Guests: You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the house and private roof terrace, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything - just write us a message.
