The Space:
This 3,910 sq ft | 363 sqm modern-style home can comfortably accommodate a group of 8 inside a residential neighbourhood with 24-hour guard-gated security. You’ll love the outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, gas & charcoal grills, outdoor seating and a covered dining table. The location is ideal in that you are just outside of town where you can enjoy in peace yet be a few minutes in the car to all the action and fun activities.

The main spaces of the home:
- An open living area with comfy sofas and a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing moments at home.
- The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area, and it is fully equipped to whip up any meal at home with a gas stove top/oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and important extras like a coffee maker for your morning coffee kickstart!
- There’s a breakfast bar at the kitchen counter with 3 cushy bar stools to enjoy meals at home or a quick coffee on the go.
- Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a beautiful wood dining table with 8 cushioned chairs nestled in by the large sliding glass doors of the open floor space to dine with a view.
- 4 comfortable bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms on the ground floor and a half bathroom on the upper level to accommodate 8 guests as such:

BEDROOM 3: 2 Twin beds
BEDROOM 4: 2 Twin beds with a desk

- There’s a large, shaded, and private upper terrace with amazing La Paz and distant ocean views. There’s a dining table and chairs where you can come up and sip your morning coffee, breathe in the fresh air and dine al fresco! You’ll love the outdoor kitchen up there too, along with a gas BBQ or built-in charcoal grill. Your choice.
- Take a spiral staircase and walk up to the top level to get an even better view of the water and La Paz. Catch a sunset or enjoy some nighttime stargazing!
- Onsite parking for 2 vehicles.
- For scuba divers, there is a room where you can rinse your equipment.

Guest Access:
Upon arrival at the Colinas Del Sol residential area, guests must be personally received and escorted to their units. Please make sure to inform us of your arrival time to make sure someone is there to welcome you.

Check-in is in person and is available from 3 pm to 7 pm. If you require a later check-in, an additional fee of 500 MXN will apply to cover labor and transportation for our collaborator.

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

Upon arrival at the Colinas Del Sol residential area, guests must be personally received and escorted to their units. Please provide your estimated arrival time to ensure someone is available to welcome you.

It is also mandatory to send us the full names of all guests in advance. Standard check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If you require a later check-in, an additional fee of 500 MXN will apply to cover labor and transportation for our team member.

There are renovations and gardening taking place in the public areas near this unit, ongoing until the end of April 2025. Please be aware you may experience some noise associated with this work during this period.

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.

Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items, such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains, will be charged at the time of check out.

There is no daily housekeeping service but if you’d like to arrange to have the place cleaned during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional charge.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

The TV is equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.

As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the house, and private terrace. We’re available 7 days a week, should you need anything, just send us a message.

Host was very quick to respond. Check in was easy. The location suits a vehicle. You can walk to Malecon and some restaurants and beaches. The complex felt safe. Has a small playground. Interior is clean but appliances are very old. Had difficulty with oven lighting. Laundry very old. Dishwasher old. Lamps and light bulbs work only 50%. Need to be checked and replaced. Insufficient towels (we had 3 hand towels for 8 guests and a single kitchen towel) insufficient cutlery for 8 persons. (7 forks, 5 spoons) No cleaning supplies; (toilet bowl brush in 1 out of 4 bathrooms) no disinfectant or cloth to wipe counters/table or proper broom to sweep floors. Exterior has foam everywhere from woodpecker attacking beams/posts? and dogs barking every time you go outside and through night.

Family vacation

We were there 5 nights and it was amazing . House fit us perfectly and having a pool and patio made hanging out in the morning and evening fun. Felt very safe having the guard and gate and the town was walkable. Will definitely go back. Very friendly community

Nice place. Some helpful hints

Unit was in a gated community where we felt very safe. Shout out to Security Guard Efrain who was very helpful in getting us taxis and assistance when the door to one of the bathrooms locked us out! While is was a walkable distance to the Malecon, we chose to taxi due to many unfriendly dogs and questionable neighborhoods along the way, not to mention super steep hill. Download the app "Didi" to call taxis into town. Many taxis along the Malecon to take you back up. Lucked out with a fabulous taxi driver who was chatty, helpful , reliable and fluent English speaker who took us lots of places and even drove us to Cabo for our return flight. His name is Johnathan and his direct number is +52664-477-3378. Enormously helpful.
