The Space:
This 1,829 sq ft|170 sqm home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large closets, and lots of indoor and outdoor seating for everyone to spend quality time together. You’ll love the warm color pallets and all the natural sunlight that permeates the house.

The main spaces of the home:

- An open living area with comfy sofas and a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing moments at home.

- The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and it is fully equipped to whip up any meal at home with a gas stove top/oven, a microwave, and important extras like a coffee maker for your morning coffee kickstart!

- Adjacent to the kitchen you’ll find a beautiful dining table with 6 cushioned chairs.

- 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a half bath to accommodate 6 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 Double/full bed
BEDROOM 2: 1 Single sofa bed
BEDROOM 3: 2 Single/twin bed bunk bed

- There’s a balcony on the second level with outdoor seating and a small table.

- The best spot in the house is down at your private pool, a place to refresh any time you’d like!

- There’s a large, shaded, dining table and chairs where you can breathe in the fresh air and dine al fresco! You’ll love the outdoor kitchen with a built-in charcoal grill and sink. You’ll also enjoy a friendly game of foosball while waiting for the grill to heat up.

- A washing machine, iron and ironing board in the home.

- Free parking on the street in front for one vehicle.

This is a self-check-in property. Just enter the code in the lockbox to access the keys. The code will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival.

The condo is about 18 km | 11.2 mi to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 201 km | 125 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

Please be aware that you may hear dogs barking during your stay.

The pool cleaning company comes on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the property.

Note that there are security cameras on the property. They are all located on the outside of the house, one facing the main entrance and the street, another facing the pool, and the last facing the grill and the street in the rear of the home. They are always on and record on a 24hr lapse.

Guests must climb stairs to access certain areas of the home.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.

We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
- If you use the washing machine, wash only when you have a full load

We appreciate your support and understanding & must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property and if it is necessary to refill the water, this will be the responsibility of the guest.

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.

Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.

There is no daily housekeeping service but if you’d like to arrange to have the home cleaned during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional charge.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

House Rules:
- Please note that the pool maintenance is scheduled every (Monday & Thursday). We'll kindly ask you to grant access to the maintenance staff, there is no specific time for this service. (the maintenance service may be subject to changes)
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's ground.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy in the condo during your stay, with shared access to the pool. We’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

Nice Home but lack of instructions and noisy neighbors
The home was clean and free of clutter, but we did not know how to use some of the appliances so accidentally broke the top of the oven. There were guard dogs in properties all around us that barked verocially at us and even at night. To top it off, we were blamed for loss or damage to remote to driveway gate. We never used it because we never saw it or were given directions on it, yet we were charged.
