"Sunset Home" w/ Golf Cart & Beach Club Access

"Sunset Home" is within the premises of the exclusive Puerta Cortes Resort, five minutes away from the Malecon of La Paz. Our guests are welcome to access and enjoy the Beach Clubs "Blue Cortés" and "Puerto". The use of the golf cart is included when renting our space – which will allow you to move back and forth easily from Las Colinas to the rest of the resort– where you may find a variety of restaurants, marina, coffee shops, mini market and other touristic services.

Our home is an ample 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms property, perfect for medium size families traveling together. This place is located by the first row of houses at Las Colinas, meaning you'll enjoy a non-obstructed and unique breath taking view and sunsets from the terrace located right outside of the living room. The house has a very convenient configuration regarding the distribution of beds (King, King, and a Queen).
Large TV (60") is available at the living room to watch a movie, your favorite show – or just wrap up the day with a warm bath at our tub in the master bathroom.

The rent of this property includes the use of our 4 person golf cart along with the Exclusive Membership to access two beach clubs – BLUE CORTÉS and PUERTO.

Do you have any questions or additional services needed? As soon as you reserve our space, a person of our staff will reach out to you to know more about your visit and how can we make it more enjoyable. During your stay, assistance by our Property Management team is one text or call away.

Wonderful time.

Beautiful views. Fun and essential to have the golf cart. Great beach clubs and restaurants. Resort is quiet. The only reason for 4 stars for communication with property manager was I couldn’t get check- out instructions. Also, there was no welcome book provided. So, a little hard to know house rules and expectations.

Beautiful resort

We had a great stay!! The golf cart made all the difference. Easy trip to food, beaches and everything we needed. We had a car, so quick trips to town were fun, but not necessary!

Carnival in La Paz

We had a great time in La Paz to celebrate Carnival. The food and the celebration was fantastic. We really enjoyed the house in las Colinas, it had a wonderful view was well appointed with all you would need and we especially enjoyed the use of the golf cart and the breach club. Thanks for the hospitality.

Excellent stay

The condo was clean and quiet with a beautiful ocean view. It was just a few minutes drive from Central La Paz, so it was convenient, but we really liked coming back to a quiet neighborhood after our days' adventures. The property manager, Edith, was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location

We love Puerta Cortez and the Las Colinas area is very convenient, quiet, safe, well maintained. Golf cart was perfect. At the start of your stay grab some coffee at the market for the mornings. Will book again.

Awesome Location, Great Layout, Wonderful View

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The location is so convenient with the use of the golf cart. We could zip down to the Blue Cortez Beach Club in about 4 minutes. The use of the club is a great bonus, but be forewarned, it's expensive. The layout of the house is excellent. Not much in the way of extras for cooking except for salt and pepper, so bring everything you'll need to cook if you plan to do so. The house is immaculate. The sunset views are amazing. We would love to come back.

Great Costa Baja property

Very convenient to the marina. Golf cart and beach club access were very nice features. Unfortunately there is a large construction project underway directly in front of the condo (between the condo and the ocean) that takes up about 30% of the view and is very noisy during the day and meant we had yo keep the doors and windows closed. There was also a lot of dust, and even though the floors had been mopped before we arrived and were again during our stay, walking barefoot inside resulted in constantly filthy feet. The furniture is showing signs of wear, there is a significant sag in the master bedroom bed on the window side, and the dishwasher did not work.

Simply amazing

Beautiful home at a Beautiful location. Booking process and communication was easy and smooth. Pictures and description are accurate but really don't do it justice. You can't go wrong and really you have to see for yourself. Looking forward to returning ASAP.

Beautiful development with access to a great resort.

Very pleased with property. Just watch out for Mexican cops. We were shakedown victims TWICE of corrupt police. They pull you over, charge you with a bogus infraction, & give you the option of paying the “fine” to the cop.
