House rules

• No noise / no parties / no outside music. Guests come here to relax. This is a very quiet area, surrounded by the forest and other quiet, high-end vacation rentals. No visiting guests allowed.
• Maximum of 8 adults. The 5 capsule beds are twin beds meant for children.
• Bookings by 30-year-old and over. We may ask you to provide us with an ID and do cancel bookings that do not respect this rule.
• 2000$ security deposit.
• Pets: we do not treat pets differently than their human counterparts. They are welcomed in the house and we uphold them to the same standards as anyone else. Please note that this is a luxury home furnished with high end furniture and equipment. We expect the house and its exterior surrounding to be left clean and free of damages after your stay. You are the best judge of your pet’s behaviour and character!
