The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people thanks to its bedroom, which features a high-quality 160 cm queen-size bed, and its 160 cm sofa bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto the living area, allows you to prepare meals in a convivial setting. A modern bathroom and a separate toilet complete the apartment. The high-performance air conditioning ensures optimal comfort throughout the apartment, regardless of the season.

Its real highlight is its large, glass-enclosed loggia, which is bright and pleasant year-round. Thanks to its large sliding glass doors, it offers the best of both the indoors and outdoors. When open, it becomes an ideal space for dining, working from home, or simply relaxing.
When closed, it remains sheltered from the wind, rain, and intense heat while still enjoying the comfort of air conditioning.

For a stress-free stay, here are a few important details to note:

🧺 Linens: Sheets and towels are not included. Don’t worry! Our concierge service offers them for rent upon request; please confirm at least 48 hours before your arrival.

🔑 Check-in: In-person check-in is required between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM (off-season) and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (in summer). Your exact arrival time is required to schedule our meeting.

🚫 Accessibility & Rules: Non-smoking property. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility (stairs in the duplex). In the summer, reservations are only available on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.
Information on the Security Deposit:

During your online booking, a simple bank pre-authorization (card hold) will be placed at the same time as your payment.

Rest assured: this is not a charge, but a temporary hold.

This hold covers:

€500 for the apartment security deposit (in case of property damage).

This amount will not be debited from your account. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
