Step outside and you have not one, not two, but three distinct outdoor spaces. The front yard welcomes you with a hammock strung between mature trees, lounge seating, and lush greenery that makes you feel a world away. The side BBQ and fire pit patio is perfect for grilling, gathering, and evening wine under string lights. Through the back, a pergola-covered dining area with bistro lights and a long concrete table seats everyone for unforgettable al fresco dinners surrounded by beautiful mature trees and total seclusion.

- 3 night minimum stay.

- 1 car driveway parking. Plenty of street parking available.

- We ask that all guests are respectful of our neighbors and mindful of noise levels throughout their stay. Quiet hours must be observed, and this home is not suitable for parties or events. We appreciate your help in maintaining a peaceful and respectful environment.

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

- No smoking or parties/events permitted.

- Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
