Summary:

Arriving at Perfect Sunsets you will smell the ocean, feel the breeze and see the blue expanse of the Pacific Ocean right at your fingertips.



Several swimming beaches are a stones' throw away and snorkeling, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding are also available right out front of the apartment.



Enjoy La Jollas' Lot movie theatre and restaurant, picnicking on the lawn, swimming with the seals or perhaps hop in the car and visit many venues San Diego has to offer.



The Space:

Use the elevator, or, if you are feeling like a little exercise, jog up the stairs to the third floor and let yourself into the corner apartment that boasts 180 degree views of the ocean.



Immediately you will see the bright and welcoming living room with comfy furniture, TV and a dining table that can beat most restaurants views!



There is a fully equipped galley kitchen that also looks over the ocean.



The unit has 2 bedrooms. The master has a Queen size bed, TV, lots of closet space and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower and lots of fluffy white towels are provided.



The Guest bedroom also has a Queen size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo.



There are coin operated laundry facilities on site for your convenience.

There is a apartment size washer/dryer all in one unit available in the apartment. This is for small loads only but comes in very handy.



After your initial surprise at how stunning the view actually is, you will be even more surprised to know the location allows you to walk to shops, restaurants, galleries and boutiques.



Just 30 minutes drive from down town San Diego, Balboa Park, Petco Park, the Gaslamp District and the famous San Diego Zoo.



You are 15 minutes from Seaworld and about 40 mins from Legoland. Disneyland is 1 ½ hrs away by car or train.

About the Area:



La Jolla is another San Diego neighborhood exuding a Mediterranean village atmosphere. La Jolla Shores' picturesque sandy beach runs north from La Jolla Cove and offers great snorkeling and scuba diving. Known for its galleries, shops, restaurants and the highly scenic coastline, La Jolla is also home to branch of the Museum of Contemporary Art of San Diego. To the north of La Jolla is Torrey Pines, home to the Torrey Pines Golf Course, one of the nation's finest public golf courses and the site of the Farmers Insurance Open in late January or early February. Located around the course is the Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, which offers paths and rock outcroppings to hike on as you make your way to pristine and often empty beaches.

Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 people (including children)



You must adhere to the Condominium Rules and Regulations during your stay at all time. Those will be provided to you upon arrival.



Due to the moderate coastal climate, this condo (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.



Please respect your surrounding neighbors. This unit sits in a condominium building so you have neighbors on either side of you and underneath you. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!



No Pets Allowed at this property.

The location doesn’t get any better than this. Beach, restaurants, and sea critters within steps. The condo had all the essentials necessary to have a comfortable stay. It’s an older building but that can be overlooked once you see the views.

Fantastic view and location

It was so wonderful watching the sun rise and set from the balcony! We were able to easily walk to different beach areas, the recreation center, restaurants, etc. It was also apparent that this condo is cleaned very thoroughly between guests Overall, this was such a lovely experience . We are already talking about coming back and staying here again!

Good Location With Great View

Great views from this well equipped condo. There were reasonably clear instructions for checkin and out and we had zero problems with our stay. Communication with management prior to our arrival and during our stay was very good. Some may find the condo in need of a bit of updating, the carpet has seen better days for example, but given the excellent location and views we had no complaints.

Excellent family vacation

This property was perfect for our spring break trip! We enjoyed mornings on the balcony watching the seals surf and the waves crash and evenings watching the sunsets. Views from inside and outside were amazing. Perfect location for all things LaJolla. We were within walking distance to just about everything. Tide pools, sandy beach, wildlife watching and restaurants were all walking distance. The girls loved exploring the tide pools and climbing around on some of the nearby rocks. Would stay again and again!

Stunning views

We booked our stay to celebrate my 50th birthday, and we were not disappointed overall. There was a birthday welcome gift upon arrival consisting of a sweet note, various candies, and a small bottle of Prosecco..such a lovely touch! The view from the balcony and most of the windows was an amazing panorama of the Pacific. The unit is in an ideal location in La Jolla. Walkable to delicious food and coffee, as well as very close to the Contemporary art museum. The park directly across the street was lovely with people exercising, walking dogs, and ultimately just enjoying the amazing environment. We also saw no less than 4 marriage proposals from our balcony. Looks like they all said yes! The only suggestion for the space would be an upgrade to the mattresses and bed pillows…everything seemed older and very worn out. We would definitely recommend the condo.

Best View!

Wonderful view of the ocean! The sunsets would have been beautiful had we been able to see them through the marine cloud cover! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the morning with a cup of coffee and at night with a glass of wine watching people walk along the boardwalk. The unit itself was clean, comfortable - could use a little refresh. A nice perk was the parking spot allotted for the condo. The facility itself, not the condo, could use improvement in the hall, primarily ventilation, as there was an unpleasant odor. But above all, you just can't beat the view! We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful view and the parking place in invaluable

We loved this condo. The views are just as advertised and the rooms are the perfect size. The parking spot was invaluable since we never had to worry about a space being available. During sunset street parking would get a little scarce around the area. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property! Probably the single best stay we have ever had anywhere. La jolla is our favorite spot on earth, we got married 8 years ago at the wedding bowl and have gone back almost every year since. Now that we have found this condo, never again will we stay anywhere else! We already booked it next year at this time. We absolutely LOVE this condo!

Gorgeous views but…

This property is in THE perfect spot! The views are absolutely incredible and really close to the beach, shopping, great food and the seals. Condo itself was excellent. Spacious and loved the mirrored walls to provide views of the ocean no matter where you were in the home. I really wanted to give a 5 star rating but unfortunately could not due to the washer/dryer situation. The washer/dryer were in the garage (no big deal) and coin operated (which was not listed). Also, the garage and 1st-3rd floor halls smelled like rotten eggs. It could be due to the washer and dryer as they looked ancient and smelled terrible. If I could have given 4.5 stars I would have.
