Welcome to your private coastal haven in Windansea, one of La Jolla’s most sought-after beachfront neighborhoods, where timeless elegance meets laid-back beach living. Just steps from the sand, this four-story retreat offers sweeping ocean views, thoughtfully curated interiors, and seamless indoor-outdoor spaces designed to bring the rhythm of the sea into every corner of your stay.

From the moment you enter through the garage, a sense of ease sets in. To the left, a laundry room provides a convenient place to rinse off and refresh after a day at the beach, and a hallway guides you to the front entry, where coastal light begins to filter in. Just off the entryway is a serene ground-floor bedroom featuring a plush king bed, walk-in closet, and spa-like ensuite. Bathed in soft natural light, this calming space is ideal for guests seeking privacy or quiet mornings away from the activity upstairs.

Ascend the stairs to the heart of the home: a stunning open-concept main level where ocean views steal the spotlight. The chef’s kitchen is a centerpiece, equipped with a large island with bar seating for seven, a gas stove, and every essential amenity for home-cooked meals or casual gatherings. The adjoining dining area seats eight, with windows framing beautiful views of the ocean, while the living room invites relaxation with two sofas, additional lounge seating, and a TV for movie nights. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
