The space
Upstairs features a spacious open floor plan dining, living, family room and kitchen ideal for entertaining and family gatherings. An ocean view and garden view bedroom share a full bathroom. A courtyard-facing office with a daybed and full bathroom are also located upstairs. All spaces have easy access to a deck spanning the entire structure on the ocean side with plenty of space to dine, entertain or soak in the views. The “inland” side features a spacious and lush courtyard with a tranquil fountain, plenty of seating areas, outdoor dining and a bbq.

Downstairs features three ocean-view bedrooms with direct access to the pool deck. A fourth ocean-view bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and is ideal for young families. A family room with a bar and entertainment system also provide a space for gathering downstairs.
