We made so many lifelong memories in this beautiful home. Rose is absolutely incredible — her hospitality, communication, and kindness were truly top-notch. She is an absolute gem! The home itself was gorgeous and sparkling clean, with such a warm and inviting feel. We definitely were not ready to leave!We are so appreciative of Rose for the amazing opportunity to stay in her home. Truly a Dream spot

We have stayed in many condos in Florida over the years, but this one exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean, and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable, extra blankets provided, and extra towels. We felt safe the duration of our trip and what a pleasant path to take an early morning walk. We enjoyed our time immensely. We were too busy to swim, but the pool was very close-by and a good size. We would definitely book again. The host could not have been a better communicator and more considerate. An A+ experience all around!! Thank you!

Very great location! Much bigger then the pictures on line very clean and also has a lot of things you will need from store right away like water, sodas wine etc! Very great stay will definitely stay again

Spring Break

Visited orlando and chose this home because we were traveling with our children and pet dog. Condo is very clean and nice. Has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The community is OK, could use some grounds clean up and the pool closest to the condo was not in service. The main pool was OK, tables and chairs need to be replaced and there is a significant lack of curb appeal but the pool was clean and our kids enjoyed it. Owner of home communicates well and will check often to see if you need anything. We did have an issue with the gate code to allow entry into the community not working, this occurred mid week. We had been inconvenienced twice trying to get into the community. The first time it happened we thought maybe there was a gate issue. The second time we stopped by the clubhouse and reached out via phone to the attendant for the community to see if others had an issue as well. We assumed it was a maintenance issue. The woman i spoke to advised that the code we had was a builders code and had been deactivated. She told me to have the unit owner contact her so a new code could be issued. I communicated this with the condo owner and she was able to get a new code within the hour. The quick resolution was appreciated but what was not appreciated was the phone conversation that i had with her later in the day where she reprimanded me for reaching out to someone with the community rather than messaging her directly. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Perfect place to stay!

This property is simply wonderful! It has everything you need in a home away from home. It was also EXTREMELY CLEAN! It had everything we needed plus more if we needed that too. Rosangela Is absolutely wonderful! Such a great communicator who checked in several time to see if we needed something. It turned out we did need some extra pillows but there weren’t anything there like she thought there would be. I told her it was fine but she wouldn’t have it. Got home from Disney and there on the front porch were 4 brand new pillows! Talk about service!!!!!! It’s a convenient drive to Disney only about 20 minutes away and close to many restaurants and stores if you need them. I would 1000% recommend staying here and would stay here again myself. Wonderful experience!!!

Clean, modern & tastefully decorated. For a townhouse with neighbors on both sides it was very quiet! My fur babies really enjoyed the walking path around the lake! Would definitely stay here again!

Good location

Lots of repairs required. Pool not cleaned or working. Townhouse needs repairs and landlord adds extra after arrival in relation to cost. Would not return in future.

The home was absolutely beautiful, and clean. Everything in the home was modern and nicely decorated. I felt very comfortable and safe. I would like to thank the host for making my stay enjoyable.

Highly recommend

The house was very nice and the owner was very friendly. Fridge had beverages upon arrival. Safe neighborhood that is ~20 mins from Disney and less than 10 mins from Walmart superstore. Was perfect for our family of 5 plus dog.

Perfect Stay

I came to Kissimmee from MA to help with the hurricane relief with my 4 year old German Shepherd Caddy and this could not have been more perfect for our needs. Clean functional home with tasteful decor. Back slider opens to walking paths with plenty of places to get Caddy’s energy out. The ducks in the pond feet away from the back definitely had her attention! Host was an excellent communicator and made me feel right at home even though I was over a thousand miles away. Thank you so much and will definitely book again whenever I am back in the area.

Best trip

We absolutely loved the area and the property! It was clean, very well decorated, and so cozy! Communication with the owner was great and we knew that she was there if we needed anything at all. Would love to stay at this location again!

Our stay at this location was literally perfect! The owner is the sweetest and full of compassion and generosity. The townhouse was SO clean and so absolutely cozy!!! We will definitely stay again when we are in the area! Highly recommended.

Excellent Unit

Would recommend this unit to anyone and plan to stay there again whenever we go to Disney World. The townhome is exactly as listed and is in great shape and VERY clean. You can tell the owners and their cleaning staff take pride in providing a great experience. Speaking of the owner, Rosangela is very prompt and willing to answer any questions and even checks up during your stay to make sure everything is good and to see if she can help in any way. Again couldn’t recommend this unit more.

Disney Trip

Clean Pet Friendly Getaway!

Honestly I feel that Rosanglea are friends now, the community between us during the trip was beyond excellent. She was so quick to respond to any questions I had at any time of day (even midnight), she checked on us from time to time to make sure that we were ok, and overall she’s just extremely friendly. Now on to the house, my whole family was speechless when we arrived. The pictures do not do her home Justice! Her house is very spacious, absolutely clean, well decorated, and the beds were so comfortable I didn’t want to wake up lol. She even had wine, waters, and other juices in the fridge if we wanted them we just replaced them or sent her the money for what we used when we checked out. Another thing, if you are bringing your pet there’s a beautiful walk way behind the house, which we enjoyed walking down and seeing all the pretty ducks in the pond. It’s a 10/10 stay and next time we are in the area and if this home is available we will definitely be back.
