Discover this charming accommodation located in La Guérinière, ideally designed for families and perfectly situated just steps from the sea. This friendly house can accommodate up to 8 people and offers an ideal setting for relaxing holidays. You can enjoy a terrace for outdoor meals, equipped with a barbecue.

Just 400 metres from the first beach, you can easily swim and enjoy the sun throughout the day. This stay will also be an opportunity to discover the charming commune of La Guérinière, with its welcoming atmosphere and local attractions.



The interior has a laundry room at the entrance, equipped with a washing machine. Opposite the front door, you will find an independent toilet, then access to the large living area. The living room, with its sofa and television, is located next to the dining room. A large open and fully equipped kitchen awaits you, with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. You will also have access to the terrace through the bay window.



The accommodation has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: on the ground floor: a master suite with a Queen size bed (160x200) and a private shower room.

Bedroom 2: upstairs: a Queen Size bed (160/200)

Bedroom 3: upstairs: a Queen Size bed (160/200) and a bunk bed (90/190)



The accommodation includes a shared bathroom with an independent toilet.



For greater convenience, 1 parking space is available in front of the house, and you will be able to store up to 5 bicycles in the laundry room.

Nous avons passé un super weekend dans le logement; propre, spacieux, literie confortable. Problème de wifi et de télévision mais nous avons réussi à vivre sans. .Un canapé en plus, serait un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement d'un apéro en famille confortablement.
