My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Laughing Hen Silos. My wife was enamored with the decor. She said it was like staying in the "Junk Gypsy" store.The accommodations are ideal for a couple.Definitely will return in the future.

Perfect Getaway

I didn’t get to spend much time at this place cause I was doing the MS-150, but I will be definitely be going back. The design thoughtfulness, and creativity of the space is captivating. It is quiet and peaceful. Absolutely loved it!!

A Perfect Weekend with the Girls

The silos are adorable from the moment you drive up, but then you see the beautifully appointed shabby chic/antique interiors. We loved the property so much, that we spent the majority of the time outside watching the sunset and enjoying wine. Stargazing is amazing. Laughing Hen Silos are EGG-cellent! Great couples trip or girls weekend!

That’s what she said!

(In my girlfriends words taken from a text message) Ummm I would just tell the truth- that when we drove in that it was so fun looking around and that every detail was thought of and executed brilliantly, and that we enjoyed not only our little silo, but also spending time outside, exploring the property. I would say that it was a wonderful stay and would love to come back again and again, bring friends and family so that they can have the same experience.

Hentastic!

Loved the quietness and spaciousness of the property. A great place to stay. All the hot water you’ll ever need and the softness of the bed will put a person in a sleep coma for the night! Couldn’t have been more pleased.

Rustic, comfortable and unique accommodation

Spent two days getting an escape from the city to enjoy a quiet respite at a calm pace. The silo was decorated just as pictured. Wifi, AC and hot water were all strong and effective and the bed was very comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay and found the check in and out process easy. Would recommend for a couple looking for something a little different.

Perfect. Absolutely, perfect.

We look bed the location and the unique accommodations. We left with my 20 year old daughter wanting a cow and a silo for a home. Joy, our property manager and her husband, we’re absolute treasures. Quiet, clean, comfortable and safe. Hands down, most charming spot we could have found.

Too Cute!

Very nice property, in the middle of the town of La Grange and Round Top. We came here for shopping at Round Top and this was a great location about 15 to 20 min outside the large Round Top shopping crowds. Silos converted into a hotel room with small sitting area and private bath, complete with barn door. Coffee maker was a nice touch to have 1st thing in the morning. The property manager, Joy is very helpful with any questions. Would recommend you to try!

Birthday getaway

It’s a amazing spot. Me and my wife would like to have it our little secret paradise but it wouldn’t be fair. Great place to see and visit. The decor is right out of my wife’s brain and fit our needs. No tv was perfect just to in wind. A must stay. We will be back soon. Thanks again.
