Enjoy the sun on the long sandy beaches, just 20m away, or relax in the thalassotherapy centre, right next door! Our comfortable space is the perfect destination for families or friends looking for a stress-free holiday. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 2 guests, but can sleep up to 5!

Our apartment has 1 BEDROOM with 1 Double bed. You'll find a double Sofa bed and a single Sofa bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM, which features a shower. Keep your clothes clean using the on-site laundry machines, available for an additional charge.

After a day on the beach, retreat to our comfortable, air-conditioned LIVING AREA. Curl up on the Sofa and watch your favourite show on the TV.

In the KITCHENETTE, you'll find a set of cooking hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Résidence Les Dunes du Soleil where our space is conveniently located. These include access to the small heated outdoor pool (available from mid-April to mid-September).

Enjoy the view from Point Zero, just a minute away! Kids will love the carrousel, located on the beach only a 5-minute walk away. If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a tasty meal at La Rascasse, a 10-minute walk away.

• An ID card or passport is required for all guests (babies included), and a driver's license is not valid

• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300
• Please note that a small daily eco-tax and tourist tax per person will be collected upon arrival. The amount is subject to change, please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.
• Additional end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area & dishes) is included in the price. Please note that all accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any lack of cleanliness of the accommodation returned and requiring intervention cleaning other than that described in our T&Cs will be subject to invoicing through the deposit."
