Spend amazing days sunning yourself on the beach, only 20m away, when you stay in our spacious 62m2 apartment in La Grande Motte! Enjoy the sun on the long sandy beaches, just 20m away, or relax in the thalassotherapy centre, right next door! Our comfortable space is the perfect destination for families or friends looking for a stress-free holiday. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 4 guests, but can sleep up to 7!

Our apartment has 2 BEDROOMS. There is 1 Double bed in one bedroom and 1 Bunk bed in another bedroom. You'll also find a Single sofa bed and a Double sofa bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests.

Get ready for your day in the 2 BATHROOMS, which feature a shower and a separate WC. Keep your clothes clean using the on-site laundry machines, available for an additional charge.

After a day on the beach, retreat to our comfortable, air-conditioned LIVING AREA. Curl up on the Sofa and watch your favourite show on the TV.

In the KITCHENETTE, you'll find a set of cooking hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Résidence Les Dunes du Soleil where our space is conveninetly located. These include access to the small heated outdoor pool (available from mid-April to mid-September).

LOCAL FAVOURITES

Enjoy the view from Point Zero, just a minute away! Kids will love the carrousel, located on the beach only a 5-minute walk away. If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a tasty meal at La Rascasse, a 10-minute walk away.

• Some of these residences accept pets at an additional charge of €70/pet/week. Pets must have current vaccinations and be microchipped/tattoed.
• Outdoor parking is free! Covered parking is available for €40/week

• Baby kit rental (crib + high chair + bathtub) : 9€/day – 35€/stay
• An ID card or passport is required for all guests (babies included), and a driver's license is not valid

• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300
• Please note that a small daily eco-tax and tourist tax per person will be collected upon arrival. The amount is subject to change, please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.
• Additional end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area & dishes) is included in the price. Please note that all accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any lack of cleanliness of the accommodation returned and requiring intervention cleaning other than that described in our T&Cs will be subject to invoicing through the deposit."

Contre le stress et la fatigue

résidence très bien située.Toute la Grande Motte peut se visiter à pied.Mer,boutiques,restaurants,centre ville à proximité.Et surtout très calme .
