The quirky little Mazot de la Caillère just a short walk from the centre of La Giettaz is a wonderful find for a family of four, or perhaps two couples, who want all the facilities of an Alpine village as well as a stylish retreat to return to at the end of the day.

Built over three floors, this former farm building has been extended and beautifully renovated to combine contemporary comfort with original features reflecting its rural past. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare a delicious dinner, and there's even a dishwasher to make light work of the clearing up. There's a separate utility and laundry room on the lower ground floor, along with the sauna, where you can relax at the end of a wonderful day in the mountains.

The cosy living area has a sofa and stools where you can get together in front of the TV as well as a folding dining table where you can enjoy dinner. There are also doors to the spacious terrace, where you can relax with a drink and admire the breathtaking view of the valley.

The stylish shower room with WC is on the ground floor, while the two bedrooms are on the first floor, There's a double room with a TV and a door to a furnished balcony, and a second room with twin beds under the eaves and space for children to play.

We think this charming and quirky property is a wonderful place for a family holiday, what ever time of the year you visit.

The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.
