'Rise Above' describes this perfect property overlooking Deerfield Resort. Smile when you hear golfers at the nearby golf course hit a great shot from the #3 tee. Your kids will excitingly ask questions watching the deer wander the fields surrounding your home. Relax in your private hot tub and enjoy smores by the campfire.

Spend time a short 1/4 mile away at Chapman Hill Winery.
Swim at one of the nearby community pools.
At your *dedicated Deerfield Marina covered boat slip*, park your boat or rent from Springs Dock, Oasis Water Sports, Sugar Hollow Marina, Norris Lake Watersports, or Powell Valley Marina.

Entering the home called Meadow View Heights your eyes will wander upwards as you gaze upon the incredible wooden beams expected from a log cabin. The engineers in your group will dissect each beam.
The main level provides the main TV room, laundry, kitchen, dining room, bedroom #1 ensuite, the main deck overlooking spectacular views. The camp chef will love the modern kitchen and propane grill.

The upper loft with private bathroom is ideal for a couple or a family with its queen bed, twin/full bunk, and adorable toddler bed.

The lower level sports the ideal TV room for movies or the game of the week. Along with the second refrigerator, coffee station, and microwave are 2 master suite bedrooms sporing queen beds and TVs.
This lower level provides the patio with hot tub, dining table, and fire pit. For firewood purchase, there is a nearby convenience mart .75 miles.

There is an abundance of room to parks all of your vehicles in the gravel parking area right in front of the house.

Old dishes, dirty cooking trays, and pots. Dust and cobwebs in corners of rooms and light fixtures( kinda gross) dust on beams, mouse droppings in drawers, not a lot, but seen, also bugs inside of cabin. Has fuses that blew wondering if adequate electrical for all things that run off of fuse.Top dishwasher rack was broke but useable. There was damage done previously to sheet rock walls not repaired? It was cozy, and a very pretty landscaping, enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. But the whirl pool tub in basement not functioning properly. Pretty cabin, just was disappointed with the issues we ran into, thought it would have been more kept up, since it was a nice cabin. Pictures sent to maintenance department.

I attached 8 pictures and I have many more , property was never cleaned up on arrival and we spent 2hours cleaning. There was rotten food in the downstairs refrigerator. We vacuumed up so much dog hair, which they say no pets. There was black hair all over mattress covers which we had to wash all of them. I contacted management and sent all the pictures and no one ever answered us. We had to wash windows because they were so dirty to look out. There was so much dust on ceiling fans and cobwebs in the windows they all had to be cleaned. My husband is allergic to pets and had to leave the premises while we cleaned. We emptied 4 vacuums full of pets hair and dirt
Bug on the pillow in master bedroom, which we are pretty sure it was a tick or a bed bug
black hair all over the mattress covers, which we had to remove all of them and wash them up on arrival
dust was an inch deep on the ceiling fans and we had to clean for 2 hours upon arrival
cobwebs were in all the windows

The house was exactly as described and pictured. We had a great time on the lake, the view from the house is very pretty and we saw deer roaming about. We played games on the outside deck at the fire pit table. The decks were very clean and felt very comfortable to use. Overall a very nice place to stay. We will look into staying at this house again when visiting Deerfield.

Great for large families

Our whole family stayed at this home over the holidays and it was perfect for us. It is well appointed with almost everything you need to cook and serve large meals - it even has a double oven. It was also very nicely decorated for the holidays giving it a very homey feel. Communication with the property manager was great - we had an urgent request at one point and they were quick to respond even though it was a holiday.

Family gathering

Accommodations were listed however it took a lot of researching of photos to figure out the sleeping capacity and the overall layout of the house. The stairways need to be better represented so guests know that there are many steps with no way to access bedrooms or patios without them. Outside access is very difficult because of the hilly terrain. The open loft concept is impressive but those occupants have no privacy and no sound barrier from the main level. The home is lovely and does have great entertaining capabilities for a large group! It has a beautiful and peaceful setting that you can enjoy seeing deer morning, noon and evening!

Enjoyable Stay

Our family really enjoyed the cabin. It was exactly what we were looking for. We had a great time and it was close to the marina. Only thing that I would suggest is putting something on this site that states if bringing boat/trailer to this property driveway is steep and not easily maneuvered. Also don’t go right out of driveway as there was no where to turn around with boat/trailer. Still a 5 star though! We will definitely be back.

A great getaway

Our stay at this cabin was wonderful! Ample space, many amenities, and easy to text for quick needs made for a great getaway. The porches were amazing to relax on with plenty of sitting space. You can’t see the water from this home, but there is a pretty hillside with views of the golf course which was nice. The only thing I didn’t know until we got there was how close the cabin next door is-there ARE however, very nice, large trees separating the properties. Also super close to the marina-about a 2 minute drive, as well as to a small market/bar right outside the resort. SO happy with this booking!

Open concept home with privacy for all bedrooms. Definitely bring all items needed due to being so far out. Was nicely decorated, furnished and had games for children.

Not waterfront but bettet

Very nice property with great view from (decks). Walk to water/marina/tiki bar/restaurant. Bost slip included was bonus. Able to take our small dogs too. Will go back.
