Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel.

Quarto limpo com vista para o mar, equipe de funcionários educados e atenciosos, achei um pouco demorado o intervalo para utilizar o transporte e se locomover internamente no resort.
