Luxurious beachfront penthouse! Panoramic views, white sand beach, private pool

  • Welcome to my beach home! This 6-unit development built in 2016 boasts just one condo per floor, underground parking with private elevator that opens directly into the unit. Decks are enclosed with glass railings and massive floor-to-ceiling windows afford unobstructed views of Banderas Bay, Sierra Madre mountains, and Marina Riviera Nayarit. Secured by a gated electronic entry, the property also includes a common area with lush landscaping, a large Palapa pool house with dining area and Weber grill, an infinity pool, lounge area and outdoor shower. The white sand beach is just steps beyond the secure glass railing, and all within walking distance of restaurants, night life and the Sunday marketplace.

    The Penthouse is a modern 2-bed/2-bath unit with 2 large covered terraces offering nearly 1780 sq. feet of luxury living. A wonderful mix of Mid Century modern and Mexican inspired furnishings provides the ultimate in relaxation in this professionally decorated space. Lounge on the terrace, listen to the waves lap the shore, catch a glimpse of a whale, watch the sailboats bob in the anchorage and the luxury yachts sail through the marina.

    The Penthouse also includes a private 1000 sq. foot rooftop terrace. Glass railings provide a spectacular view of the bay and marina. The private plunge pool with fountain is the perfect place to cool off after sunning on chaise lounges. Watch the Frigate birds catch air over the deck. Mix a drink or prepare a snack in the outdoor kitchen and wet bar. Read a book or nap under the shade of the pergola. Trust me, you won't want to leave!

    The town of La Cruz is still a small fishing village but boasts many excellent restaurants, both casual and gourmet. It is home to the extremely popular Sunday Artisan Market. Enjoy an evening of music at one of the music venues. The condo is a short easy stroll to the world class "Marina La Cruz" which is still home to the local fishing fleet. You will find an expansive daily fish market, lovely restaurants, and multiple day charter opportunities for fishing, sailing, and bay exploration.

    Note! Unfortunately most of the quaint homes on the beach have been taken down for condo development. Three condos and a large private home have gone up. There are 2 lots left and we are getting new neighbors to the south.

Fantastic condo with views of Puerto Vallarta. Truly excellent food in the fish market next door. We loved the private pool and sitting on the patio, enjoying the views with our espresso in the mornings.

Loved Cheryl’s condo! Great views of the marina and the bay, and the deck top pool was super relaxing. The unit had everything we needed to grill up some fish and shrimp from the market, and close to town for the nights we decided to eat out (and we highly recommend Masala’s for dinner). Would stay there again.

Amazing Experience

Stunning views as soon as you enter the doors of this penthouse condo. Comfortable and cozy with lots of modern touches. The rooftop plunge pool was a great way to cool off while enjoying the vista view of Vallarta Bay and made it feel like your own private oasis. Easy access to the beach and lots of nearby places to eat and drink, or grab fresh market ingredients and off the boat seafood to cook back at the condo. Loved waking up to a fantastic sunrise and sounds of the waves, Overall, an amazing experience!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful, quiet, and peaceful…We enjoyed the Sunday market, sailboat regatas from the private rooftop pool, and several wonderful restaurants in La Cruz. The activity of Bucerias is just a 15-minute bus or taxi ride away. Michelle will happily arrange a taxi to pick you up at the condo. The penthouse is beautiful and thoughtfully well-appointed. Our stay was everything we thought it would be!

What a view!

We had an amazing stay and the place was fantastic. The views were amazing and the location was great for exploring the Mexican coastline with our rental car. Highlights include the amazing view, the cooks kitchen, and the and the private rooftop pool. The unit comes with its own parking spot, and the elevator takes you directly from the garage to the penthouse. How cool is that?!

Very easy check in, was able to use the property manager for a ride to condo, I’d recommend stopping at the big grocery store if you want food to cook, a lot more options and very nice store. Condo was exactly as presented in information, the rooftop plunge pool was our favorite. Yes there was construction around but we knew about it beforehand and thus not surprised and it wasn’t bad. Overall excellent time and would go back.

Beautiful Stay in la Cruz

We had a wonderful stay in la Cruz. The listing is exactly as advertised. Cheryl was very communicative and responsive to our questions and needs. There was unplanned maintenance to the elevator which required us to access the rooftop villa via the stairs, but Cheryl was quick to let us know and provide the onsite manager to help with our baggage and groceries. Would book again; the rooftop views and private pool are luxury accommodations far exceeding that of nearby hotels. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Amazing Views

This property has an amazing location. Right on the beach and close to the marina. The private roof top area and the plunge pool were the reasons why we rented this property. We spent a lot of time on the roof. The rest of the property is great with high end appliances, elevator direct to the condo, underground parking and very nice decorating. La Cruz is very quiet. It is nice but it doesn't have any banks or major shopping. We did end up renting a car and made many trips to Puerto Vallarta, Bucerias and Sayulita. Gecko Rentals in Bucerias has very reasonable rates.

Beyond expectations!!

Our airport pick up by Demetrio (charming, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating) was seamless and a wonderful start to an amazing holiday. The property is exceptional, beyond expectations. The location is perfect, close to Bucerías and PV and there is an amazing selection of restaurants within easy walking distance. We saw whales almost every day from our balcony (bring your binoculars) and dolphins one day. This property is first class. We will be back. Thank you Cheryl, Michelle and Demetrio!

Luxury, Leisure, and Knives that are actually SHARP!

Exceeded expectations. The kitchen is a dream for any foodie—finally, a rental with sharp knives (yes, really!), a Breville coffee maker, top-tier Wolf appliances, and a Sub-Zero fridge. HEAVEN! But the real magic? The private terrace with the pool. I honestly didn’t think we’d use it much, but spent most of our time there. GORGEOUS VIEW and obsessed with the marina. Could watch boats and whales all day. Huge thanks to Cheryl for her impeccable communication and spot-on recommendations—she made our stay effortless and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that blends luxury, comfort, and convenience, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

BEST LOCATION IN LACRUZ

This was our 2nd time staying in this lovely 2 bedroom penthouse. The condo is situated on the beach next to the Marina. Interesting to watch the bird life and the Marina activity from the 2 decks. Our favourite restaurants were Tacos on the street and Frascatis. delicious. We also enjoyed Sunday Market Day on the Marina Seawall. You can easily walk to all the restaurants,shops and bars but there is underground parking if you do have a car.. its a small town but has everything you need. my husband especially enjoyed the roof top plunge pool. The host was great, very professional and helpful. We will return.
