"The athletic area was out of service and a lot of the parking was blocked off for construction. Ended up having to park in a garage a block from the entrance. Was raining and only way to get to car was in the rain outside."

"The mattress of the king bed had a substantial valley in the middle causing us to roll to the center. Impediment to sleep. Would not expect this for the premium price charged."

"Our only concern was the elevator! It seems that the button to send the elevator to the first floor is not fully operational. Despite there being directions on what to do if one cannot make the button work, it seems that this is a fix that definitely needs to be made, and will impact our decision ..."
