You will be seduced by the charm and location of this house. Ideally located in the village, all amenities, access to shops, medical center, leisure activities, cinema, discotheque, beaches... are within walking distance and accessible between 5 and 10 minutes. The proximity of cycle paths and the central position of the village allow you to explore the whole island. Overlooking a large garden, the frequent presence of hoopoes reflects the tranquility of the place.

This is an old winegrower's house with its cellar, completely renovated (reception 2024) overlooking a large garden (partially accessible). Composed of 2 buildings adjoining each other on the edge of the terrace (75 m² including 21 m² covered by a courtyard):
• A building on the first floor comprising a large and very bright living room with open fitted kitchen (14 m²) and living room (12 m²) opening onto a patio (7 m²), and a toilet.
• A 1-storey building comprising, on the first floor, the entrance to the building and stairwell, a bedroom of 13 m² and a laundry room (washing and ironing room).
• Upstairs, 2 bedrooms of 13 and 14m². One of the two bedrooms has a private terrace of 20 m²
Each bedroom has large wardrobes and a private bathroom with shower. A toilet is located on each level.
Outside, the house has a private enclosed parking lot.
The house has 1 pedestrian access to the village via an alleyway and 1 access for vehicles and bicycles

All the rooms of the house are at your disposal. Only a shed, the closet of a bedroom and access to an external staircase are not accessible.
The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

We live next to the accommodation and are at your disposal for any information or possible problems you may encounter.

Minimum booking of 2 nights

Only bed linen and bath mats are provided (towels excluded).
A necessary on the way (toilet paper, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, detergent, etc.) is at your disposal in the accommodation.
Travellers are asked to:
• always close the doors and external gates after each passage, even for a short time.
• keep the shutters locked open or closed (do not leave them open to the wind).
• Do not throw anything into the toilet bowls other than toilet paper (high risk of obstruction)

Inside the non-smoking home.
Pets not allowed.
In order to preserve the calm of the place and the neighborhood, festive evenings are not accepted.

Any failure to do so will result in a breach of contract without any refund of the sums paid.
